Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie here. I am very much interested in migrating to Australia and I will like to know what my chances here. I am 40 years old, married, a graduate of accounting from OAU, MBA from UNN and a chartered accountant (ICAN) and I have over 11 years working experience in banking but now in electricity industry. I am yet to take the IELTS and get assessment for my qualifications but I just want to know first what the probability is of getting a work visa before i start the process. I know the IELTS will not be problem though.

Also, if there is a link or archives of all correspondences on this forum that one can go through to get an idea of how things work in migrating to Australia, I will be grateful to have it. I am a DIY kind of person but still need professional assistance in getting required information.

Kindly assist.

You use a 2003-2009 4runner Sports (they films standard with x-reas), you need not disconnect anything, all that was needed was to open the pressure relief valve for the X-reas Theron drain the AHC fluid, then disconnect the bad shock's fluid hose and finally remove the shock. Well, deed's been done, you don buy market-an expensive one at that. To fix that problem ladipo incompetent guys did would cost you a good amount. No matter the shocks you install, you'd get a rolly poley ride compared to the firm planted secure ride with the x-reas.

U are right, the model year is 2004. I should have taken it to Mandillas to do the repairs but then those guys are quite expensive.. are u saying there is no solution to it?

I read on 4runner.org that one can use bilstein shocks. some guys on that forum even decided to disconnect the xreas to install bilstein shocks for higher ground clearance and stability but only God knows where to get that in Nigeria.

What year is your 4 runner. Most likely a wrong spring has been used along side wih the shocks or you have a bad shocks absorber. Best take on this is to buy a brand new shocks. Was your old spring retained? Or it was also changed

The spring was not changed. Just the shock absorber.. If i buy the brand new absorber, what about the x-reas that have been compromised? what do i need to do to fix that? i understand the xreas and the absorber is single system and once one is compromised, u cannot just put the absorber the ride quality will still be bad

Hello everyone,

Please I have an issue with my 4runner. The rear shock absorber was bad and leaking oil. I took it to Ladipo to change but since that time, my car has been bouncing like a ball anytime I hit a bump. I read that my car came with X-reas and before one can change the shocks, the car has to be suspended in the air and shocks fully extended and then disconnected at a designated place.

My question now is this, now that I have removed the stock shocks and x-reas compromised, what can I do? is it because the x-reas is compromised that the car is bouncing or because the second-hand shocks i fixed is bad?

Also, the front passenger side drive shaft is bad, it makes some kind of cranking noise when I turn the steering wheel when cornering.. I searched everywhere in Ladipo before I was able to get replacement but the replacement I even fixed is bad, its still making the noise. A mechanic advised me to buy a brand new one as Toks is not reliable, is this true?

i will advise you run the two programs. It will pay off in the long run.

I did the same thing. I ran my HND in Ilaro and my BSC in OAU concurrently. I even served with my HND while in 400 levels in OAU. It was tough, very tough but the rewards are immense. You must study hard,have pals who will assist you sign attendance sheet and do some leg works when u are not in school etc and you must be well above average academically.

The rewards-
1. You can work anywhere...
2. The stress will prepare you for real life stress when u start working
3. Get more invitation for interviews as interviewers will be curious to meet you to explain to them how you manage the two
4. strong point for you during interview when the interviewer ask you if you can cope with work stress
etc

Yeah....you sychronize the pad with the console.....you can always switch on the console from the pad.

I have done all that, synchronise, change batteries,.. I have even taken to another guy here in ibadan who re-flashed the ROM (or whatever terminology it is), change teh front panel, download the NAND etc and it still wont connect. He did this 3 times and every time, the pad will connect, a game will load and start and afterwards hang and when he re-starts the console, the pad will no longer connect.

I went online and discovered this problem is fairly common with xbox360 although i have never had a problem with mine until after the hacking.. probably that triggered it. what baffles me is that I can switch on the console remotely with my pad which means they are seeing each other....

Hello bro. I am sorry I have not given you feedback. I have been down.
Yes I have gotten the console. Well hacked and loaded with interesting games. I am still testing all the games to ensure everything plays well. However I have an issue with my wireless gamepad. It is not syncing with the console. I dunno whether its related to the hacking or not. I have never had any issue with it before the hack.
But i was able to use it for about 3 hours after i receive the console so am not too sure its the hack that caused the problem.. I was about playing assassin creed 3 when the screen went blank and I decided to reboot the console. After rebooting the console came up but the gamepad didn't synchronized.
Do you have any ideas on how i can solve this problem? Anyone?

The precedure to nail MBC with multi tv using one lnbf on 60cm dish, track multi tv to get maximum signal, then loose the elevation nut, put MBC TP; start raising ur dish upward gradually u will hit green on mbc, make sure u share the signal appropriately to have fair signal on both sat, the same procedure apply on old mytv and champions tv. respectively.

Can this work in ibadan?
