Your test result is great. Did you write your test with IDP or BRITISH COUNCIL cos i cant view mine yet. I am assuming you wrote ur test on the 30th of June.

I did with British Council and yes it was on the 30th...

Do not worry about that, it is not compulsory that your education matches your line of work as long as you can prove that you actually performed the duties listed for that NOC. In addition, you should input your HND, OND, ICAN and ACCA diploma certificates and choose the option not assessed. When you get ITA, scan all these certificates and add[b] after [/b]your MBA, MBA ECA and IELTS TRF.

Your CRS is 404 with the profile. If you have a sibling living in Canada as a PR or Citizen, you get extra 15 points. If you speak French and can brush up your skills to write Test of French, you can improve your score. I advise you check out the websites of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Ontario provinces for how to get their nomination (PNP).

If you max out IELTS by improving your speaking and writing to 7.5, you can only go as far as 410.

The score for two or more certificates is lower than that of a Master's degree. Do not spend more money assessing any other certificate except you need it for another purpose apart from Express Entry.

Your score is okay. I believe that will give you about 122 of 128 possible from IELTS. What is your age and marital status if you do not mind disclosing, let us simulate your CRS.

Also, you should go ahead and create your EE profile once you get your IELTS TRF.

I am married and 41 years as at June 11. My spouse is not coming with me to Canada though . My concern as per my qualification is that my MBA major is Management thus I don't have anything assessed to show I am an accountant. My NOC is accounting line (Financial analyst) and one of the requirement is that you must have an MBA with a major in Finance. so how do I prove that I have the neccessary qualification to carry out financial analyst job?

Just saw my test score this morning- L-8.5, Reading-9, Writing-7, Speaking-7. Not really happy about the writing and speaking. Is this score good enough?

Also, for the accountant in the house, I am a chartered accountant (ICAN), and I also have and HND and Bsc in accounting and I am also an MBA holder. My MBA has been assessed positively by WES being my highest qualification. I hold a diploma in IFRS from ACCA . I am thinking of having the diploma assess also since I got it AFTER my MBA so I can claim 2 or more certificate score. Is this possible?

I need all the scores I can get as age is already against me

Are you sure you have read Page 0 of this thread (part 3) and yet didnt come across an answer to question 1? Anyways... MBA is higher than your ICAN certificate. I believe you can use your debit card for the payment on WES website.

I have been going through the threads from part 1, now on 2. I must confess they are goldmine of information. However, I am yet to come across an answer to a question that has been bugging me.-

1. I have an MBA and I am a Fellow of ICAN, which of these certificate should I get assessed? Is an MBA higher than my ICAN certificate?
2. I wanted to use WES to assess but their site is demanding for a credit card for payment. I only have a debt card. How do I make payment?

I am a newbie here but i have read extensively on the immigration stuff. I want to ask.. which comes first- getting my certificate assessed or writing IELTS. I am just about starting the process of applying for express entry.I am a chartered accountant with over 10 years experience

To receive the proceed of ur sale, u will have to send them a withdrawal request mail and do a fellow up until they effect the payment. Note that it has to be the same e-mail address u used while opening ur A/C with them.
...and once they do it, the money would usually take T+3 days (transaction payment date plus 3 days), to reflect in ur bank A/C for onward withdrawal. (...u can withdraw on the 3rd day begining from the day ur payment was effected).

However, u can also get the proceed of ur sale(s) paid directly to ur bank A/C. ...a process refered to as DIRECT CASH SETTLEMENT (DCS).
...this can be done via an application to the Nigerian Stock Exchange but through ur stockbroker (in this case morgancapital).

I am sorry if this sound stupid but I am very new to trading. Just signed on to Morgan platform. Going through their platform I didnt see where I can withdraw proceeds of my sold investment unlike other platforms I am familiar with.

To people using Morgan I have a couple of qns-

1) how do you withdraw the proceeds of your investment when you sell or is it credited directly to the bank details you submitted while opening the account with them?
2) If so, how fast is the credit? same day??

I could have asked them but I thought let me consult the expert in the house first

Still cannot open an account with Morgan. I am still waiting for the account opening package to be sent to me after filling their online inquiries form. This is almost 24hrs later and still yet nothing from them. Does it mean Morgan is not hungry for business ]

I had a first hand experience of this. Let me state categorically that UCH is a death trap. the Nurses and Doctors dont give a damn about the patients.

My sister was diagonized with Aneurysm and was admitted to the emergency ward. She had a seizure and almost died. The nurses and auxiliaries in the ward couldnt have cared less. The day the blood clot burst was the worst day of my life

I watched her writhing in pain and screaming while nurses there just sat somewhere gisting, I held her hands and prayed like I never did before and nobody attended to her. It was almost 1 hour while I prayed non stop that one of them managed to come and ask me what is wrong.. ME!!!!

After a battery of tests and going back and forth, the doctor said we should fly her to India or she will die. He gave my sister 6 month max to live. We checked her out of the death trap named UCH. When we made inquiries on how much it will cost to take her to India, we were looking at minimum of N6m.

We didnt have a choice but to take her to MFM for prayers while assisting with medications. To God be the glory, its going in to 2 1/2 years now and she is still with us and living a perfectly normal life.

I dont pray for my any of my relatives to fall sick, but if they do I pray to God to give me enough money to get the best privately available medical care for them whether in-country or abroad.

Please how does Afrinvest stack up to Morgan in terms of efficiency in online trading, brokerage fees and ease of funding and taking out your funds?

Also, i try register on Morgan and they ask me to fill my details and they will send the account opening form to me but I have not seen anything from them. Anybody experienced such??
