Port Harcourt is only living in past glory, the current system in Nigeria will soon turn it to Warri, it is Lagos that has everything in Nigeria that is the truth. Any region that gets PH did not get a big thing. but any Region that gets Lagos gets the IGR of most African countries. Even if Lagos were to be a no mans land Geographical it is still in the west, you cant wish it to the North or East.

For how long are you going to keep moving shilly-shally on to the next one? You may end up not winning any one's heart if that should be the case.

The chase is fun and makes it intriguing so for me I may persist for a week or two and if no sign of a positive romance then I move on. But to say asking once and moving on is ideal I don't think so.
