A health tech startup is seeking for a friendly and highly analytical customer acquisition specialist to join our marketing team. Basic Job Description 1) Work with the senior executive, to create and execute a strategy to drive new customer acquisition through digital channels. 2) Maximize sales referrals and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, resolve escalated customer complaints/ issues. 3) Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels. 4) Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with. 5) Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues 6) Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 1) 2+ years of digital experience in customer acquisition, lead generation program management, and affiliate marketing. 2) 2+ years experience in Lead Generation/Subscriptions/Ecommerce. 3) Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service 4) Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required. 5) Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
