More painful details has emerged from the death of Paul Walker that will make his passing even harder to cope with.

According to TMZ, Walker’s daughter, Meadow, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, blaming them solely for her father’s death, claiming that the cause of her father’s death was not the crash itself but the actual car’s inadequacies that hindered Walker from being able to escape the fiery doom that killed him.


The 16-year-old claims “when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Paul’s seat belt snapped and pushed his torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis” which in turn made him unable to escape.

American rapper, Fetty Wap was involved in a serious motorcycle crash in his hometown of Paterson in New Jersey some hours ago.

According to eye-witness report, the “Trap Queen” rapper tried overtaking a vehicle but didn’t see another one coming from the opposite direction, thereby leading to the crash that sent him flying off his motorcycle and crashing it.

TMZ has just confirmed that the singer was scheduled to tour Australia in December but that his visa may be denied by the Australian Embassy who wrote, in clear terms, that he is not of the character they want in their country.

“People need to understand if you are going to commit domestic violence and then you want to travel around the world,” the Australian immigration was quoted as saying, “there are going to be countries that say to you, ‘You cannot come in because you are not of the character we expect in Australia.”
