we do not really have a data base for cooks and chefs in nigeria and thats why we tend to have peoplegroup a [professiona; chef or experienced line cook in a the category of a menial,low income salary earner , and this shouldnt be so at all
we tend to have lot of qualified,experrencd,creative and versatile chefs around.
some of you speacialise in numerous areas ..will list just a few
we have a pastry chef - incharge of pastries ,sweets,cookies etc and speacialty bread of course too
we have a chef who can make sauces ,conitnental dishes etc
we have a garde manger chef- in charge of appetizers,cold cut ie sandwiches,salads and so many more
we have those called a station chef.
the list is endless......
i am drawing up a database for qualified and experienced cooks and chefs, looking for employment on a partime or full time bases .kindly drop your email and phone number and we will contact you.
