Age you can start: From 8 months upwards

Recommended daily amount: 1-2 teaspoon. For toddlers, start with just a teaspoon daily and gradually increase as they grow older and tolerate better.

Make sure to ALWAYS SOAK IN WATER OR MILK for at least 30 minutes before mixing in their pap, cereal, yogurt, pudding or smoothie.
