https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytF_UZlJb1A The King of controversy in the music industry, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable Omolalomi causes a stir online as he gets a beauty treatment for his face ahead of his new music video. The crooner who is obviously about to make a video of his recently released track, ‘Azaman’ took to his IG page where he shared a video of some preparations in process for the project. Portable could be seen seated on a chair while a white lady conducted some facials which got tongues wagging. This comes a few days after Portable trended online for inking several tattoos on his face which served as additions to already-existing ones. I hope you all enjoyed the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UChqvruoefY In this video, we are going to a create a tier list of Nigerian artists using the following ratings: GOATed, Super Artiste, Good Artiste, Average Artistes and Bad Artistes The listed ratings are based on their popularity, number of hits songs, awards, and general likeability. This is going to be Interesting and I hope you enjoy the content. Please, make sure you like the video, subscribe to the channel and turn on the notification bell. 1. The first artiste I will be reviewing is Mayorkun. Mayorkun is one of Nigeria's fastest-growing entertainers. He is a talented singer and songwriter. His talent and expertise can be heard in his beautiful vocals and lyrics. He signed a record deal with (DMW) in 2016. He has couple of hit songs like Eleko, Mama, Che Che, Geng, Sade and Bobo. He has also won 9 awards in his career with the highest being the Headies award for the best R&B/Pop album. With his accolades, I will put him in the good artist category. 2. Next, I'll take a look at Runtown Runtown is a singer and songwriter. He rose to fame for his hit songs like Gallardo and MadOverYou. He also has other hit songs like Boddy Riddim and Lagos to Kampala. He has won a total of 3 awards with the highest being Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for African artiste of the year and Soundcity MVP Awards Festival Viewer Choice. I'll put him in average artiste catogory. 3. Next, we have my favorite artiste, Rema. Did you know Rema stole a kiss from Selena Gomez? Shsssss. Rema is a singer, rapper and songwriter, let's just say he is multi talented. Every song Rema drops is always a hit. I'm sorry, the dude doesn't miss. From hits like Dumebi, Calm down, Soundgasm, Woman, Bounce to Iron man. He has also won 3 awards. I am almost tempted to put him in the GOATed category but he is still young in the game, he is the future GOAT. So Rema is a super artiste. 4. D for Davido my man, OBO! There is no need for any introduction when it comes to Davido but I'll do a short one regardless. He is a Nigerian-American music superstar, singer, songwriter, record producer and music executive. Davido came out unto the commercial music scene in 2012 and after a decade he has not stopped releasing hit songs, from Fem, Fia, Risky, Jowo, Blow My Mind, Fall and Skelewu. He has won a total of 18 awards. He is a Super Artiste, LOL, I'm just kidding, he is GOATed! Davido is GOATed. 5. Up next is Adekunle Gold Adekunle Gold is a musician, highlife singer, songwriter and graphic designer. A force to be reckoned with in the Nigerian music industry and has been, over time, releasing some of the best music, years after years. His hits include High, Sade, Orente, Ariwo Ko. He has a total of 7 awards with the highest being Best Africa music Artist. I will put him in the super category. 6. Next, we have the Queen of Afrobeat, Tiwa Savage. She is just too good, man. She makes making hit songs easy. Apart from being a great vocalist, Tiwa Savage is also a very good songwriter, having written songs for several A-listers. Tiwa Savage has been cited as an inspiration and/or influence by Ayra Starr and other upcoming female artists. She has won a total of 6 awards, if there is a category between GOATed and super, that's where she is supposed be but to be fair enough, she is GOATed. Tiwa Savage is in the GOATed category 7. The history of female musicians in Nigeria will not be complete without mentioning the vocalist, Niniola. Niniola is a vocalist, singer and songwriter. Her younger sister is the famous Nigerian singer, Teni, whose full name is Teniola Apata. She has released hit songs like Maradona Riddim, Magun (2017), Ibadi, Omo Rapala. She has also won 6 awards with her highest being All Africa Music award. I'm not sure of her catetogry, average or good. Hmmm let go with average artist. 8. I don't know this artiste, Timi dakolo. I've not heard any of his song before. He has won 3 awards. He is not a bad artist but he will have to be rated one here I'm sorry. Bad artist. 9. The next artist, king in the East, Phyno, indigenous rapper. I love Phyno, especially on Man of the Year. Phyno has several hit songs like Fadafada, Yayo, High Way, Alobam, Ghost Mode. Phyno has won total of 5 awards. I will put him in the super category. 10. Joeboy is not my favorite boy, I prefer Fireboy but regardless, I will be fair to him. Joeboy is one of the fastest-rising musicians in the Nigerian music industry. The R&B and Afro-pop singer rose to fame after releasing his song, Baby. He has released several hit songs after that, the likes of Baby, Beginning, Don’t Call Me Back ft Mayorkun, Call and Sip Alcohol. He has won 2 awards. I will put him in the super category. 11. Even before saying anything, Wizkid is GOATed, if there is a category higher than GOATed, Wizkid will be there alone. He has a total of 80 awards, a legend, a GOAT, a super star. Give it up for Wizkid the GOAT. 12. Even though her Dad is a billionaire, DJ CUPPY still puts in the work like everyone else. She is good artist and has got a good work ethic. Cuppy is actually a DJ but released her songs anyway, songs like Gelato and Greenlight are the ones I remembered now. I will put her in the average category. 13. Simi my love, Simi is a singer, actress, songwriter, sound engineer and record producer. I love her voice, it can't be matched by anyone else. She is one of the best female artist in Nigeria. She has several hit songs and my favorite is Duduke and Joromi. She has won 10 awards, she is in the super category. 14. I'm not a fan of Falz, I don't really listen to his music. That's my personal opinion. But I love his collaboration with Simi on Soldiers and Foreign. He is an average artist. 15. Next, we have Teni professionally known as Teni the Entertainer, she is a Nigerian-American singer, songwriter and entertainer. A good vocalist, she is sister to Niniola. She has won a total of 9 awards, she is in the good artist category. 16. Burna boy, another favourite artist of mine, Oluwa Burna. You need no introduction. You are GOATed If any artiste is putting Nigeria on the map right now, its Burna Boy. Dude is even outselling American artists on tour. I love the elements from Fela in his songs. He has won 23 awards. Burna is GOATed. 17. Mr Eazi is not my type of artist but I will be fair to him, he is a good artist. This is not because he snatched my Crush, Temi. I don't care about that, he is good artist. 18. The Baddo himself, Olamide. The local rapper that produced world stars. Olamide is a rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. If the world understood Yoruba, Olamide would have been in Wiz, Burna and David category in terms of world wide recognition but regardless, he is still in the GOATed category. 19. Naira Marley is just like Olamide with a spark of craziness. He is a super artist. 20. Yemi Alade, the beauty goddess. She is a songwriter, an afro-pop singer, a Nigerian activist, and an actress. She is a super artist. 21. Zlanta ibile, the controversy King until he was dethroned by Portable. He is just a good artist I hope you all enjoyed the video. Please, don't forget to like, comment and subscribe for more. I recommend you watch some of my other videos you might find interesting. See you guys, soon. Yours Sincerely, Hype!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2T03LsTaeY Welcome to Afro Hype Media, it's what it's but wait I saw a post on Afrobeat Fans Dragging Wizkid After Apple Music Deleted “Machala” and Terri’s “In Transit” EP Machala is a song by a Nigerian comedian Carter Efe and Terri was an artiste formerly singed to Wizkid’s record label. The confusion set in after fans noticed that Starboy Terri’s “In Transit” Deluxe Ep has been removed from Apple Music and other streaming platforms. Many assumed it was Terri’s decision however they began accusing Wizkid after they noticed Efe’s song, “Machala” also disappeared from Apple Music. Music lovers claim Wizkid paid money to have the song removed in-order to promote his new album , “More Love, Less Ego” #MMLE. Man these are crazy allegations Well, 30BG wasted no time in advising Terri to switch camps after Davido gifted Israel a 30BG pendant. They added that Wizkid is a selfish boss who is concerned about his own career and doesn’t give a damn about that of Starboy Terri.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWhalrxmOZ4 We have heard so many stories about artistes being picked from trenches by record labels having the intention of signing them, the artiste happy that they have finally made it, signed contracts without reading the terms of agreement or consulting a lawyer. Then years later, after the artiste becomes a success, things get sour because the artiste realised that he or she is been cheated as a result of the terms of the signed contract resulting in a feud between the artiste and their label. The feud may also come to fruition because the artiste now wants to start their own label and renege on the contract signed with the label, with all these usually cumulating in both parties ending up in the courtroom. Now let's go though some Nigerian famous artistes who have had issues with their record label. This promises to be fun and I hope you enjoy it. 1. Wizkid vs EME Before launching his Starboy imprint, Wizkid was under Banky W’s EME Records. He fell out with them because of the unfavorable split he was given on his contract – where he was allegedly getting 25% of his turnover. This was at a time when Wizkid was the backbone of the label and one of the biggest acts in the country. He asked for a review of the contract, but an agreement wasn’t reached, and as a result, he left. This later led to an online spat where Banky W said he will be replaced by a better artiste. In response, Wizkid said, “I can never be replaced, you mistook my loyalty for stupidity so don’t get mad that I’ve decided to move on with my life.” They have since settled their beef, though, and there is (at least publicly) mutual respect between them. 2. Morgan vs Jude Okoye In 2013, Cynthia Morgan signed a recording contract with Northside Entertainment Inc., owned by Jude Okoye. A few months later, she released two chart-topping singles “Don’t Break My Heart” and “Lead Me On” which was positively received by fans; the latter went on to be nominated for “Best Reggae/Dancehall Single” at The 2014 Headies. After releasing a few hit songs, Cynthia went into isolation until 2020, when she finally returned to social media and trended heavily after claiming that Jude Okoye, the owner of record label, Northside Entertainment, took everything she owned away from her. The singer made this known during an Instagram live session where she vented that she lost her name and Instagram account due to a bad contract. The singer also claimed that Okoye owed her an undisclosed amount of money. Okoye, in a bid to vindicate himself, released a copy of the contract between both parties, eventually leading people to attack Morgan for her deliberate attempt at gaining sympathy through lies. 3. Kizz Daniel Vs G-Worldwide Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel came onto the music scene in 2014 with his hit song, “Woju“; he was signed to G-Worldwide Label as at the time. In 2017 Kizz Daniel got into a dispute with his record label. The reason for the dispute was reportedly over the singer breaching the terms of his 7-year contract he signed in 2013. The contract was supposed to end in 2020 but Kizz Daniel decided to exit the label without fulfilling the terms of the contract. The singer had several restrictions placed on his ability to collaborate with other artistes. Because of the dispute, an injunction prevented him from performing throughout the festive period of December 2017. The singer had to change his stage name from ‘Kiss’ to ‘Kizz’ even though, he had release his critically acclaimed and commercially successful Headies-winning 2016 debut album, New Era when he was signed to still Kiss and was singed to G Worldwide. The album had hit singles such as: ‘Woju’, ‘Laye’, ‘Good time’ and ‘Mama’. In 2017, the singer started his own record label, Flyboy Entertainment and he started releasing music again. The singer released his sophomore album, ‘No Bad Songz’ through the label. Despite all the progress Kizz had made, G-Worldwide, still tried to get the singer on a leash as they filed another N500 million lawsuit against him. The duo have since been in and out of the court trying to resolve the issue. 4. Asa vs Question Mark records “I’m talking to you jailer … stop calling me a prisoner …" Those lyrics were meant for Kevin Luciano, CEO of the defunct Question Mark Records, Asa’s former record label. But how things even get to the point of Asa referring to herself as a prisoner? In 2002, Asa competed in the first season of Star Quest but did not advance beyond the preliminary stage. Despite this setback, she developed a working relationship with Cobhams Asuquo who became Question Mark’s in-house music producer and together they made her first major single – Eye Adaba. This launched her career, and some will say the Question Mark label. The relationship did not last though. Alleging threat to her life by Kevin Luciano, and claiming the label was trying to sign her onto a foreign deal without her consent, Asa left them in 2006, without releasing an album. Question Mark responded to this by saying she was contractually bound to them and that they owned her materials. They claimed they had spent over N14million on her, bought her a car and housed her, but were yet to get their money back. They released her songs in an album titled The Captivator but that did not stop Asa from moving to France, where she signed a multi-million-naira deal with Naïve, a French record label. In 2007, she released her official self-titled debut album, and it featured some of the songs in the previously released The Captivator. The feud went on for a while and in 2012, Asa called Question Mark criminals on Twitter, after an album titled “Down on Me” was released. She sought legal action and even though sales did not stop immediately, promotions for the album did not continue. 5. Runtown Vs Eric Many Entertainment Years before becoming a superstar, Runtown had sign a record deal with Eric Many Entertainment, owned by Prince Okwudili Umenyiora, billionaire CEO of Dilly Motors in 2014. A few hits later, their relationship went sour and things escalated after his label accused him of signing for and attending events at their back – a breach of contract. Runtown then sought to terminate his contract in May 2016 after finding the situation unfavourable. He alleged that there were payments he never received – from live performances, recorded royalty income (MTN Music Plus, caller ring back tunes), etc. The singer also alleged he received death threats from the label. The label responded by getting an injunction, preventing the singer from performing or recording, pending the ruling from their lawsuit. They also obtained another injunction against him in the USA, where he was billed to kick off a US Tour. Eventually, both parties resolved their issues out of court with Runtown remaining on the label for one more year but with an improved contract that gave him more creative control. 6. Vector vs YSG The Vector-YSG fued began in 2013. Before that, their romance lasted for about four years and it seemed like a match made in heaven before their fued started. In all his songs, Vector always made it a point of duty to call the name of his record label, yelling, YSG. According to sources, problems arose after the rapper began to express dissatisfaction with the pace of his career development and the label’s casual attitude towards it. He suggested that they employ more professional individuals and when they refused, Vector hired people and started paying them personally. Issues escalated when Vector took a self-sponsored vacation to the US and returned only to meet his record label boss' anger, who claimed that he went to the States to sign a record deal. Although Vector denied the accusations, he ended up receiving an summoning letter, from the Commissioner of Police of Lagos State, to the Area-E Command in Lagos. On getting there, he was presented with a “breach of contract” petition, claiming that he had employed external hands to work for him. His parents got involved, as his dad is a retired police officer, and it was settled amicably. Feeling unsafe and threatened, Vector surrendered the car and apartment YSG had provided for him and went about his daily life, until he was eventually arrested at a music video shoot and detained until his lawyers came through. The label went ahead to file an injunction against Vector at a Federal High Court, preventing him from recording, composing or releasing any material as a recording artist. For 9 months, his career stalled as he battled the injunction until both parties decided to settle out of court – with Vector buying out his contract, at a discounted rate. The whole debacle ended with the artiste writing an open letter where he apologized to the label for ‘everything’. The whole incident evidently affected the artiste’s career, until after a few years when he was able to wriggle his way out of the mess. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbgAYSnE4NI The state of Hiphop/rap music in 2022 to many is considered bad and it needs to be addressed. So I pose the question, is the Nigerian rap music dead? As a teenager in Nigeria 10 years ago, the majority of music Influence at the time was American Hip Hop with the likes of Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Rick Ross and Eminem as role models to kids in Nigeria. After Americans themselves, Nigeria became highest American hip hop-consuming nation. Even those who rapped or sang had to fuse Hip-Hop with native language. Prime examples are artists like Tolu & Olu Maintain, Dat Nigga Raw now known Mr. Raw etc. There were even Nigerian rappers that used English, Pidgin English with their native languages. We had artist likes of Remedies, Plantashun Boiz, Eldee etc Ajegunle Style vs Nigeria Hip Hop The first style to challenge Hiphop was ‘Ajegunle Style’ with artists like African China, Daddy Showkey, Original Stereoman etc. Oritsefemi was also one of the artist from this style but most people think his style is entirely local. Introduction Of Street Culture Everything was going very well with hip hop and Rap until the introduction of ‘9ice’. “Gongo Aso” an album by 9ice released in 2007 with street culture was well received by the music industry and fans loved it. While 9ice was holding it down for the street. A rapper, Dagrin shot into the light with a classic sophomore effort titled “C.E.O.” with full force in 2009. Unfortunately, Dagrin didn’t see the greater impact of his efforts as he died a year after he became a commercial success in a car accident. Dagrin was the one who brought the street culture rap onto the music scene. His efforts paved way for the likes of Olamide, Phyno, Reminisce etc. Olamide took over from where Dagrin with songs like ‘Eni Duro’, ‘Omo To Shan’, ‘Shakiti Bobo’ (with dance steps that won over many young music fans). He introduced many rappers like Lil Kesh, Victoh, Chinko Ekun and even the likes of Adekunle Gold, Portable and Asake. The effect of the Street Culture affected Nigerian rappers to the extent of switching from rappers to singers or even go to break from music scene. Rapper Yung6ix also expressed frustration with what Nigerian rap music became with this tweet that reads: ‘When I wanna listen to African rap I play Yung6ix and SA rappers wtf is going on with the Nigerian Rappers? Wake up’ Yung6ix is not alone in this, Terry Tha Rapman also expressed a similar worry. ‘I kinda get where he’s coming from. I’ve been stressing this for long, when I said ‘rap is dead ’ in Nigeria I didn’t mean nobody is rapping. I meant we (being the fans, media and promoters) stopped supporting rap music as it should be at a point’. He continued on 'Now would you blame rappers for fine tuning their style? Rappers hardly get the airplay/support as our pop counterparts so after years we started adapting. I still believe there’s hope. We are far from the days of Trybesmen, 2shotz, Ruggedman, Modenine and when MI dropped Talk About It and MI2. We need more rap concerts to promote hip-hop culture. The few ones I’ve been to were not encouraging’. Afro beat A genre of music taking Africa by storm is afrobeat, nailing the coffin to casket of Rap. The afrobeat, a force to be reckoned with, has the likes of Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, kizz Daniel, Tiwa Savage, Bella Shmurda repping the music genre. The afrobeats, not only limited to Nigeria, has conquered every part of Africa, giving rap music less space to thrive. Kids in Africa all wish to become Wizkid and Davido. According to Terry Tha Rapman, rap is not enjoying the same attention as afrobeat, no radio play, less people wanna see a rap artist on stage, all these are not encouraging to rap artists. This has forced a lot of promising rap artist to drop rapping and moved on to singing. Without showing the same love to rap music, the situation is not going to change. Rap is not dead, Nigeria just abandoned it. I hope you all enjoyed the video. Please, don't forget to like, comment and subscribe for more. See you guys, soon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSPPJYnXacg American rapper and record producer, DeAndre Cortez Way, known professionally as Soulja Boy, has slammed African music star, Wizkid over a derogatory tweet he made in 2010. The tweet made on the 12th of May, 2010 reads; “I swear soulja boy is wack!..jeeeezzzzz!” Responding, Soulja boy wrote: “Ya mama Wack. Shut ya bitch ass up From the days of his hit single “Crank That (Soulja Boy)”, Soulja Boy has always been able to keep himself relevant. Whether it’s through his interviews, memes, or even creating his own game console Soulja will always keep himself a trending topic. Another way in which he’s kept himself relevant is by beefing with other artists, like Drake, Tyga. It is unsure how the soulja boy discovered the tweet, but he wasnt gonna forgive wizkid even though the tweet is over a decade old. “Ya mama Wack. Shut ya bitch ass up,” Soulja responded. Soulja boy reply stired aggressive reactions from Wizkid fans known popularly as Wizkid FC as they jabbed the American rap star for dissing their favorite star. It was bloody man Celebrities made a lot of sensitive tweets when they were young and Nigeria’s Wizkid is not an exception. Still on the issue, a video of a displeased Soulja Boy surfaced on social media and he stressed that there will be consequences, repercussions and responses for people who say his name. According to the rapper, he doesn't care if Wizkid made the tweet several years ago. |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtjM0hZeRhI The African Giant, Burna Boy and British rapper, Stefflon Don, is a love story that interest a lot of people, fans and critics ever since they made their relationship public a few years ago. While fans enjoyed as the couple showered each other with love, others were not even interested in whom serve each other breakfast. How the relationship started? The love story of Burna Boy and Stefflon Don is what one will consider as fate. When Stefflon visited Africa in 2018, she missed her flight back to her base and rather than be bored at home, she decided to make useful most of her time and went to a concert in Ghana to party away; that concert happens to be that of Burna Boy’s and she must have been very much impressed by his performance on the night that she decided to get closer to the Africa Giant. They were introduced backstage after his performance and ended up having a really good time. “I met him in Ghana. I was in Africa for a show then I missed my flight. He had a show where he performed and I went to the show and the rest is history, baby. He told me I was going to be his wife and you know how boys always talk shit, but I didn’t remember he said that but he told me and I was like wow.” Their relationship started that night. The love birds met in December 2018 and from her statements in interviews, It was love at first sight for Burna Boy and they guarded their love jealously. Burna Boy’s Relationship With Stefflon Became Official in 2019 Stefflon Don who could be jealous about girls flaunting themselves around Burna Boy shared details about their relationship in early 2019. It was a message stating that they had not taken their relationship deeper to the sensual level yet. “I’m not one of them crazy bitches I know he’s gonna see this interview later and say ‘What da f**k’ like I’m the wife. Next time I’m gonna have a ring… I mean he told me so, I’m not just making it up.” Burna boy stepped up his love game, showed her how much he loved her, both posted pictures and videos of themselves hanging out, clubbing, it was crazy in a good way. Unfortunately, like every celebrity relationships, the end is inevitable, it started with a rumor about their breakup. Rumors There were two different stories about their breakup which were just rumors 1. Sometime, midway through 2019, rumors became widespread on social media that Burna Boy’s relationship with Stefflon Don was falling apart and that he returned to his ex-girlfriend, Princess Shyngle. This initially made Stefflon delete all Burna Boy's pictures on her social media account, but she later wrote a message where she described the videos circulating online as old videos, asking people to “let it rest” while assuring them that she and her boo were good. 2. In December 2020, a beautiful and curvy lady called Jo Pearl took to her Instagram to state her case and revealed to the world that she had been in a relationship with Burna Boy for about 2 years and that he had professed his love to her on numerous occasions. Jo Pearl, a London-based model, Instagram influencer and social media personality went further to state that she had at some point even moved in with him at his London home and was in constant contact with him even when he was back in Nigeria, but was worried when he didn’t reach out to her for some weeks and didn’t return her calls. She made the video to clear the air and to set the records straight and stop hurting. Burna a hot head reacted to this by unfollowing everyone on Instagram except Stefflon Don. From these two incidents, their love was tested. Every relationship has it challenging moments and the one between Burna Boy and Stefflon Don was not different in any way as they have had their own challenges too. With all the rumors and shenanigans, the love wax stronger between them. They publicly showered each other with love during interviews and at any given opportunity with Stefflon assuring herself that Burna Boy is gonna marry her and she was going to be his wife and the mother of his children. What more could be asked for in a love story other than this. The Break-up After dating for three years, Burna Boy took to his Instagram to confirm he is no longer dating Stefflon Don, saying "Odogwu nor get wife" This came as shock to fans, the afrobeats king had broken up with his queen. Stefflon Don, heartbroken, responded on Twitter tweeting: "No matter how much love, Loyalty or how good you treat someone, people are just not solid and scream real but are the fakest. Fame & money changes some ppl. When people show you who they are believe them. As hard as that may be. God sees and knows. People genuinely need prayers". The great love came to an end with Burna and Stefflon last seen together on her 30th birthday when they partied together on holiday in Ghana. Last Last (She manipulated him) In his song "Last Last" Burna Boy revealed how he was disappointed in the relationship, how she manipulated him to do everything she wanted and more but still didn't work out, how she was not patient with him when she could have been his wife and how we are all bound to experience the same, as heartbreaks is inevitable. In response to Burna Boy, stefflon Don released a track, ‘First of All’, which everyone believes is her side of story to Burna Boy’s song ‘Last Last’. In a tweet on Thursday, Don had said, “First of all” my side of the story, 20 thousand comments and it’s yours. On Instagram, she increased the number of comments to 40,000 before she shared her side of the story. However, in the newly released song, it appears Don sent a message to the general public to mind their business. She said, “So I just want to gather everybody here today, to say it is now time to mind your business. Not everything is for everybody." “You now come here to hear people’s business, nosy. Mind your business, sometimes. No, mind your business that pays you.” I hope you all enjoyed the love story between Burna Boy and Stefflon Don. Love is beautiful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUnbND85c4k For those of you who don't know who Daniel Regha is, he is a famous person on Twitter in Nigeria. He is famous for being weird, corny and giving out unsolicited advice and sometimes insult to celebrities and ordinary people. Unfortunately, Daniel messed up with the wrong dude, he criticized TG Omori's Video for Kizz Daniel & Tekno's 'Buga' video and the Super Video Director wasn't playing, he ended his own career. Here is the full story. On Wednesday 22nd June 2022, the video for the Kizz Daniel & Tekno's smash hit 'Buga' was released and as fans commended TG Omori for the fine video, "we love it, good, It's fire My director". Daniel Regha had some else to say. "Kizz Daniel's 'Buga' ft Tekno is dope but TG Omori could have done a better job with the music video; Cos the video lacked the energy the song carries. Furthermore, it was only centered on Nigeria which is a flaw since the whole idea was to promote inclusion and diversity. No Offence." Daniel Regha tweeted. TG Omori who was not pleased with the advice gave Daniel Regha back what he think about his comment. "Son of man who can't put together a proper look for himself wants to teach us how to shoot a video. Brother you lie." TG Omori replied. Round 2 This Daniel Regha doesn't give up, we thought all was over but Daniel is not ready to forgive TG Omori for disrespecting him in public. Luck smiles on him when TG Omori tweeted: "If you no advise yourself street go advise you and e fit come as insult, Wise up." Daniel seeing perfect opportunity, rushed to give him a piece of his mind. "Omori u just shot urself in the foot, here u are talking about advise but can't take constructive criticism cos u believe u are above it; Don't ¤verrate urself, no-one is above learning so learn to better urself using people's feedback, instead of being unnecessarily defensive." "TG Omori finally conceded, he replied "Alright thanks. But with all this advise wey you dish out everyday hope you Dey take out time Dey advise yourself. Make you no go advise God one day." TG Omori isn't the first celebrity and who be the last Daniel Regha will criticize. I hope you all enjoyed the write up. Please, don't forget to like, comment and subscribe to my channel. In no time, we will have more artist doing the exact same style as Asake and Portable. To discover artists using the same style, search up Seyi Vibe, Balloranking, Lyta and others. Asake is pioneering a new movement just like in 2013 when Migos released their commercial debut single "Versace" taken from their mixtape Y.R.N. (Young Rich Niggas). Migos introduced their iconic rap style, catchy and dynamic which was later to be adopted by the likes of : Trippie Redd, Lil Yachty, Lil Uzi Vert, Chief keef and Lil Pump, among others. It even got to a point where all the rappers were copying the Migos. Asake is a future GOAT, he will inspire a lot of fuji musicians to go international as he's already proved the sky is the limit.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmBNzjYu2f4 Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known professionally as BurnaBoy, is a Nigerian performing grammy-winning superstar. Let's take a look at the Grammy winner and his journey through his various fights with other entertainers. 1. Burna Boy vs Obafemi Martins, CDQ Obafemi Martins is a Nigerian professional footballer and one of the richest big boys in Lagos. He is fondly called Obagoal. He is a fantastic footballer with great goal scoring abilities but that cannot even rival his partying skills. He is known for always chilling in the club and partying with other celebrities. Burna Boy's feud with Obagoal started with an allegation of disrespect. CDQ, a Nigerian rapper, called out BurnaBoy for disrespecting Obagoal, Obafemi Martins. It was gathered that Burna Boy fought with Obafemi Martins and CDQ at Bayrock Club in Lagos. According to the gathered information, the fight started when Burna Boy allegedly confronted Obafemi Martins and demanded that the football star showed him respect. The ‘beef’ was over quickly though, because only a few hours later, a video surfaced with the trio chilling at the same VIP section. 2. Burna Boy vs Shatta Wale Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artist, Charles Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has engaged in a war of words with Burna Boy, on social media for a very long time. For those who might not know how it all started, here is what transpired between the music stars. On December 26, 2021, Shatta Wale while addressing his fans at Green Lounge, Tema, Ghana, took a swipe at his Nigerian counterparts. He threw a shade at Nigerian artistes, after selling out the Accra Sports Stadium for his concert. At the concert, he boasted that he did not need Nigerian musicians to fill up the biggest stadium in Ghana. Here's what he said “Do you know that majority of people in the Ghana music industry are fools? They told me that I won’t be able to fill my stadium. I don’t look up to any stupid Nigerian artiste. I look up to my fans, Bleep Nigeria.” Little did we know that Shatta Wale’s statement were a calculated attack on a particular artiste, BurnaBoy. Burna Boy not pleased with Shatta Wale words, took to his Instagram story to condemn any attempt to divide African nations. He wrote, “Pushing this Agenda of separation between our beautiful African Nations is a grave disservice to the generations coming after us. It goes against everything I stand for as a man and as an unapologetic pan Africanist" He also added ‘Therefore, if Shatta or anyone has a personal problem with me, I’m still open to fighting one on one and squashing it after." As if Shatta Wale was waiting on Burna’s reply, he snapped and double dared the Grammy winning artiste to a one-on-one challenge in a stadium, Accra, Ghana. Burna Boy responded, insisting on engaging Shatta in a psychical fight like “real men do.” Shatta Wale then responded, saying he had respect for Burna Boy’s mum, who also doubled as his manager. Burna Boy has since backed down and stop responding to Shatta Wale’s outbursts. 3. Burna Boy vs Davido We weren't really surprised by this, owing to the fact that Burna boy and Davido have always had a back and forth, taking digs at each other from the vocal booth. Their first physical fight happened in the street of Ghana. The pair had a free-for-all fight on 28th December, 2020 at a club in Ghana. According to an eyewitness, Steven Mingle, Burna Boy came to the club and attacked Davido. The African Giant was later asked to leave the premises with his boys. “Davido was having fun with his guys; I was also there beside him taking some shots. I was standing by the door when I saw Burna Boy and at least six guys following him. When Burna Boy entered, he did not come to chill there because he just came to attack Davido. He just went straight to Davido." “Davido spotted him and his look showed that he was wondering why he (Burna Boy) was coming to his table but he stood his ground. Just like boxing face-off, the next thing blows started flying; the girls and people inside Twist Lounge had to run; I also ran.” Mingle further claimed that the security officers of the club immediately asked Burna Boy to leave the premises. The duo ended their beef recently as BurnaBoy announced that he is no longer vexed with co-superstar, Davido. Burna Boy’s statement said “FYI, I have no issues with David, we good now.”. He then continued to explain that “David wasn’t tryna 1 on 1 me but we figured it out. 2022 all of us must love ourselves by force.”. 4. Burna Boy vs AKA In 2019, when the xenophobic riots occurred in the South African city of Johannesburg, the riot which lead to the deaths of at least seven people. Burna Boy reacted to the attacks because Nigerians were also targeted. The situation took a wild turn after Burna Boy said he would boycott South Africa, because his fellow Nigerians were being treated badly. During the xenophobic attacks, in a series of tweets, Burna Boy took direct shots at AKA for his stand on the Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa. He wrote, “And @akaworldwide, I knew you was retarded but I didn’t know it had gotten this bad. Next time I see you, you better have a big security bro, On Gambos Grave ur gunna need it.” Burna Boy further shared his own experience with xenophobia while he was in South Africa in 2017. “I personally have had my own xenophobic experiences at the hands of South Africans and because of that, I have not set foot in SA since 2017. And I will NOT EVER go to South Africa again for any reason until the SOUTH AFRICAN government wakes the Bleep up and really performs a miracle because I don’t know how they can even possibly fix this,” he wrote. 5. Burna Boy vs Mr 2kay Burna Boy's fued with Mr 2kay started in October, 2017 when Mr 2Kay reacted to the negative things Burna Boy said about Nigerian pastors. During an interview, Mr 2kay noted that Burna Boy shouldn’t have spoken ill of pastors because they are anointed men of God. Burna Boy who wasn't pleased with the unsolicited advice allegedly threatened him. “You better have that energy when I come for you because I’m coming for you,” he allegedly threatened Mr 2kay. On, October 22, 2017, 2Baba and Tiwa Savage headlined Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless at Eko Hotel & Suites where Mr 2Kay also performed. After his performance, he went to his hotel room where he was attacked and robbed. Most of his possessions were gone and he was left with bruises. The case was reported to the police by the hotel management. Four suspects were arrested including Burna Boy's road manager, Joel. During interrogation, the robbers confessed that they were hired by Burna Boy through his manager. This confession prompted the Police to invite Burna Boy for questioning over Mr 2Kay’s robbery incident. The singer later honoured the police invitation. So far so good, it seems the case has been settled. 6. Burna Boy vs Tonto Dikeh On October 17, 2012, Tonto released two songs, High and Itz Ova. Both songs were publicly roasted by trolls and as a result she trended on Twitter for days. Burna Boy took to his Twitter account and wrote that people who release bad songs deserve death. He wrote, “God punish all of you who disrespect the name of music by releasing d noisy wackness being released these days. Death is d least yu deserve”. Many believed his tweet was directed at Tonto Dikeh, even though the singer did not mention any name.
