Grammatically, superior and inferior go hand in hand. But it is a grammatical suicide to say 'runned' and it is worse when one is casting aspersion.

Apart from few hiccups, his replies were not that murderous if the transcriber did justice to the interview though.

Are you talking about articulation or spoken English? One can speak impeccable English grammar-wise but cannot articulate his point.

Articulation is a component of communication skills which is very different from your ability to blow grammar.

Indians dont speak English that well . . . but they do take AND PASS these exams . . . its not how fluent you are in the language that counts but a demonstrated ability to understand the way English is spoken and be understood in countries where English is the primary mode of communication.

Why do you have to sit for TOEFl and IELTS if English is your national language and you are native speakers?

I am not making anything up. See my first post on this thread and then check the second.

I did not watch the said interview and so I cannot comment on her communication skills. I was up in arms when the Original poster was referring to lack of English skills as lack of communication skills.


Someone can be thrown off balance if the language of communication is not solid in his mouth. I have seen scholars struggle to make their points in a field they are experts in just because of language barrier.
