wOW. This is good news but My worry is the company involve, is this not the same man that is wanted in Nigeria(Dipi Khelani) for breach of contract with his shareholder which lead to his inability to honour signed agreement with his customer? Why sign the agreement in London?I read in Pages of newspaper back then that cummins power generation Nigeria limited owned by Dipi was taking to court by various company and eventual shut down of those power plants
