Yes he need Schengen visa for Spain else its impossible for him to visit Spain. He can't travel to Spain with Turkish visa

Hey guys, its 28 working or banking days not calendar days, i had d money put in my account on the 16th of May 2011 but over dis weekend i mistakenly moved 20pounds from my savings account (where d 1200 is) to my main account, but i returned it immediately, so i think i am gonna have 2 start all over again!

Why are you people crucifying me?I am offering a much needed service to the American woman involved and the Nigerian guy alike.Do you know how many lonely American women that are out there?do you know how many suicide cases of American women were reported last year alone due to loneliness?Most black American brothers are grossly irresponsible and avoid commitment at all cost but Nigerian men and the total opposite.I have heard about many Nigerian men and women alike who wish to get romantically involved or do business with an American but have found it difficult due to the bad reputation of our country and the fact that they cannot travel over there?

If you are coming from the Uk ,i dont think you have a problem.when coming outside the uk,they dont stamp or check your passport.you just get your boarding pass and go board on plane.But if you have a stop over in another country maybe board on klm,they have to take u to holland first,when you get to holland and you are about to be board on plane ,No doubt your passport will be checked but if you are boarding on a straight flight then you may not have a problem cos as soon as u are able to board a plane from heathrow then it will land u at MMIA, Hmmmmm,will still help u find out what u can do, Keep trying!!

They do check ur passport, i'm not sure if they have started stamping on exit but ur passport detials are checked cos that is how they know if u have overstayed ur visa or on wanted list

Hey Guys, I am currently doing my post graduate in business administration and I intend to continue with my masters of business administration in the same university. My issues are as follows:

1. I put the required 1200 pounds for my maintenance in my bank account and the 28th day will be on the 29th of June 2011.

2. My current visa will expire on the 20th of July, 2011.

3. the balance of my school fees is 1250 pounds which i will pay before i apply for an extension.

I need to know if the time gap between when i apply and when my visa expires is appropriate, that is, i wont get penalized for applying too late and also, if i am legal 2 remain in the UK while my application is being processed, I really need your help guys, cheers

Your maintenance fees is £5400 if ur school is outside london, its not £1200 as u stated.

@ Again2, pls apply common sense , I have not mentioned any of the documents needed for visa application. All the documents I mentioned above are prerequisite documents needed to process your application into the university of choice. I have only mentioned documents needed for university application.
That for visa requirements are quite different. Documents needed are bank statement indicating you have had adequate funds in your account for a minimum of 28 days, visa letter from the school and some other docs.
Pls read carefully and don't get it twisted!!

Common sense is not common, so there is nothing really like common sense. If u have read my last comment, u would have noticed that i mentioned there that ALL the documents needed comes from the prospective student not u, u don't have to provide result transcript or bank statement or sponsor's letter or even admission letter, these documents should be original and not from ANY agent. The new system is simply and clear enough for any applicant to understand, yes they can ask questions if confused abt certain things, thats normal.
