From the foregoing, we know that a certain container bearing the above details sailed from The States and headed Nigeria. We do not have any clue as to the contents of the container as Mr.

Agari did not show any Bill of Lading. He only gleaned information he thought was appropriate for his use to us.

But truth must be said the said that the container arrived Nigeria and it took longer than normal to clear from the port. Now that thankfully, the container has been cleared since 06/09/2010

and the empty, de-stuffed unit has been returned back to the port since 07/09/10, Mr. Agari owes us a duty to show pictures of the SUV, THE CONTAINER AS IT WAS BEING DESTUFFED, and

perhaps, proof of registration.

These are not impossible demands. Or what does the house think?
