but this program that someone will be tiled to a stipend and no job guarantee after the training really bothers me alot and i heard that they r even laying off staffs massively please any body who knows some one on the program already should pls trow in some light....

Dey ask questions on ur current Job if u r working n wat u no about d role u r been interviewed 4 n d company with some theory questions on Electrical engineering mostly on POWER

Lol... Well grounded with oando dragnet tests? I wouldn't put it that way, I've just been fortunate to scale thru a couple of dragnet tests. Everything bores down to God's grace bro. As regards risking a journey. Well what can I say? Like I said earlier... if u think the risk is worth it why not? I'm assuming your test date is next week and if so you could still make a trip back to the uae in time for ur defense. It's a huge gamble but then d job is worth it if u can make d sacrifice. Don't push it so u won't loose in both ways. As regards d test. Practice makes perfect bro. You still have more than enough time to get yourself acquainted with the tests that will be conducted on d day as stated in the mail. Self confidence will go a long way, and the Idea is not to panic as speed and accuracy will be of the essence. If u would take my honest advice on this whole thing. If u have have enough money to come down to naija for the test and book a return flight in time for ur defence. Take it!!!!! If not u can let this one slide.. I'm sure God will show u d way if u look up to Him. I'll send u a mail subsequently. Cheers mate!!

Lol. Exactly the same thing here. My guess is the personality assessment isn't for everbody. I dunno. I actually laid this assumption to the dragnet rep that replied my mail and he asked to be patient as d personality mail would be sent before d close of business yesterday which wasn't. As for me. I no fit bother myself again jare. I just dey observe. God is in control
