Sometimes yes. But if u dont see direct Oyinbgo bus, then use the via Yaba option.

Take a bus from Oshodi going to Oyingbo and drop at Oyingbo market, take a bike to lagos street. dats all.

Take a bus from Oshodi going to yaba, from yaba, take a bus going to Oyingbo and drop at post office then take a bike to lagos street 50 naira tops.
