I have been on this since Friday evening, I did without nin at first and got temporary attestation birth certificate, now I try updating it with my nin so I can get the full one but it’s been showing validation failed error msg. Is it that the system doesn’t work during weekends, I tried a fresh application with another email, after making payment it won’t go pass the nin verification section and showing same error msg. Please advice me

You mean both ref and payslip? Does the amount on the payslip really matters?

Pls house, I recently applied for student visa and got a msg on Friday that said I should send either my payslip from work or employment letter with in the next 10days , I was able to get my payslip but someone advice me to use a reference letter instead , pls I need advice on what to do as I have to respond to the mail ASAP. Thanks
