THE LAND OF THE UNKNOWN There once exit’s a land of which no one has ever heard of the land of umahshew. This land as it was foretold has too many things which are comprised of, but the old will always say “the land of fortunes always lies at the heart of the tender”. This proverb brings us to a girl in the community named Sicilia, a girl of misfortune; she was raised up in hardship and torture but her kind-hearted natures made her look like a goddess on earth. Many girls made a mockery of her situation and attire; sometimes she will go out at market squares to beg for food for survival. But still, those that mocked her were also jealous of her due to her beauty which attracted handsome men of the community to her bosom but still, she re-footed their proposals to be a housewife. Instead of getting married to these lawless men, I rather remain a spinster” Sicilia would mutter to herself. When Sicilia was still 5 years old, her father told her the story of the mysterious land which was assumed to be at the great waterfall over the mountains of a faraway land known as candy stone island. As it was foretold, the land has a prince who ruled over it. There, is said to be the mightiest of all in the history of mankind. The land is full of riches and glory of which no man can comprehend. Sicilia’s father who was recognized as the eldest man of the community was the only one who has traveled far for the search of the mysterious land. According to him, he described the land as a paradise on earth where the tender-hearted only will possess. All the time he spent with Sicilia was greatly an adventure to her because the tails of the land were interesting and mind-blowing.
