tithe is 1/10 of what u genuiely gain which will be taken to the priest who will bless it what you bring is meant for the upkeep of ministers since they don't have any source of income and also those in need will be helped. yours is just to give if the pastor like to divert the tithe to his pocket that is not your issue the sons of eli(the preist) stole from oferings they were punished. and also those complaining that pastors don't help, have you ever taken your request to the church and you were been turndown(pastors are men also they have problems do you care) surely thier are false prophet test all spirit and follow the true one
