Artificial Intelligence will either make or break civilization. The later seems to be it.

On ethics and moral grounds, there are several AI's that do things that would pass for sacrilege, such as unclothing of people in pictures. This model sets a precedent for more social vices like blackmail, etc

Indian government needs to add the condition that until and unless the USA based terrorists like David Headley and Gurpatwant Singh Pannun for which India has been sending extradition requests for decades, will not be repatriated, we will not take back these illegal immigrants that went into USA from India.

If Trump is serious about draining the swamp, he'll stop this CIA nonsense that is shielding these terrorists and give up these terrorists to India.

We are willing to respect USA laws and take back the illegals that broke USA laws to go there, but only if USA also respects Indian laws and legitimate security concerns.
That's why they have Foreign Ministers to engage in adequate negotiations

franchasofficia:
An open university is a university with an open-door academic policy, which means with minimal or no entry requirements.

It's established to encourage more citizens of a nation to enroll for university education, especially those that missed the opportunity to enter university at younger age, and for those already working without a formal university degree, and for those already working with a university degree but looking to advance their academics through a more convenient academic program that allows them to study from home, office, etc using the internet and other e-learning platforms.

But over the years, open university has evolved and now competing with traditional universities due to high standards some of them are maintaining in their teaching, learning and student assessment methods.

In Nigeria, the only entry requirement waived for open university students is JAMB, but you must register with JAMB but not necessary to obtain a certain minimum score before you can be admitted.

Open universities don't have traditional physical class where students and lecturers meet to learn, instead they use e-learning whereby lecturers teach students via online platforms like zoom, Skype, etc.

But the exams are done physically like normal university exams. You must go to their centers to sit for your exam under normal university exams supervision.

So in today's world, open university is the same standard as traditional universities, just that they don't have school hostels or classrooms for students, but they have administrative offices like every university
Wow! That's interesting to know.
Thank you so much for the detailed explanation.

Tsarbomba:
But on the other side, Nigeria has Guerrilla Warfare Expertise and Asymmetric Advantage. Nigeria's extensive experience fighting insurgent groups has honed its skills in guerrilla warfare. This expertise will prove devastating for Egypt's conventional forces, who will struggle to adapt to Nigeria's unconventional tactics.

Also As a key player in ECOWAS and the African Union, Nigeria wields significant diplomatic clout. Its regional support network will provide a steady stream of logistical, intelligence, and military aid, ensuring Nigeria stays one step ahead of Egypt.
that depends on where the war is being fought. On Egyptian soil or Nigerian soil?

India Set to Take Back 18,000 Citizens From US to Placate Trump

India’s government is prepared to work with Donald Trump’s administration to identify and take back all its citizens residing illegally in the US, an early signal from New Delhi that it’s willing to comply with the incoming American president and avoid a trade war.

The two countries have together identified some 18,000 illegal Indian migrants in the US to be sent back home, according to people familiar with the matter. The figure could be much higher than that, though, given it’s unclear how many illegal Indian migrants live in the US, the people added, asking not to be identified because the discussions are private.

TravelRe: Can I Exchange Australian Dollars In Nigerian Bureau De Change by Ahmback(m): 10:49am On Jan 07, 2025
SoftSport:
Yes, you can exchange Australian Dollars (AUD) in Nigeria, but it might not be as widely accepted as major currencies like the US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), or Euro (EUR). Many Bureau de Change operators in Nigeria primarily deal with these major currencies. However, some larger or more specialized ones may accept AUD, especially in cities like Lagos or Abuja.

To exchange your AUD note:

Visit major financial hubs: Try Bureau de Change operators in areas known for forex trading (e.g., Lagos Island or major airports).

Contact banks: Some banks in Nigeria may also exchange AUD, although the rates might not be favorable.

Explore online groups: You might find individuals or platforms willing to exchange AUD for Naira.

Consider alternative exchanges: If you struggle to find a Bureau de Change that accepts AUD, you could consider exchanging your AUD for USD, GBP, or EUR while abroad and then exchanging that currency in Nigeria.

It's always a good idea to confirm rates and availability with the Bureau de Change before visiting.

TravelRe: How Much Does It Cost To Get A Nigerian Passport And How Quickly? by Ahmback(m): 11:05pm On Dec 19, 2024
OkanlawonB:
A 10 year Nigerian Passport at the rate of 130k , is just too exorbitant for a country where the minimum wage is just 70k per month.

In contrast an EU passport cost averagely 70 euros (119k naira) in most EU countries and the net minimum wage is about 1,500 euros per month.

Nigeria seem quite expensive to live in.
Wait! 70 Euros is 119k in Nairahuh
God I'm literally weeping for this country
