Wasn't me but a neighbour at the time. The girl died a few days afterwards. Such acts are equivalent to concentration camp torture and deserves heavy punishment to parents who torture little children for being, well, children. No matter what, kids will always be kids; stubborn, lying etc. You work as a parent is to guide them into realizing that it is morally wrong and they'll change.
