That’s good news for you but I’d still advice a Cse is raised and fingerprint page sent, just in case like you said an overzealous VO is the one reviewing. agates: Guess it depends on who is reviewing your file. I didn't include the finger print page and from my GCMS notes and the notes of the officer. My UK PLC and Nigerian PCC were marked fine. Criminality passed as well |

Please raise a CSE immeidately, it definitely matters. Zutlin: Hello all,
I submitted my application over a month ago but I did not include the fingerprint form of the Nigeria PCC.
Do I need to raise a CSE to that effect or it doesn't really matter? |

Hello, have you sent a mail to services.alumni about this? They usually respond on time on other issues. I didn't use WES for mine so can't say for sure. daks01: Hey guys, Please any Covenant Uni grads here? Do you guys have any idea of how long it took for them to respond to WES verification? |

I haven’t disputed this. You’re correct CanadaPR: He can apply with unaccompanying spouse and sponsor her later(which will take about 1yr after he arrives Ca). It's legal and persons have done it. You are asked 'if' so you can fill Yes or No. For a post I read, he said they asked him why she was not accompanying and he said it reduced their scores so they decided to go separate. He was issued. |

Hi Kasspy, you cannot apply as single when you’re married, that’s misrepresentation and will earn you a five year ban. My advise is spouse should sit for IELTS again since you really want to be with your family. Applying with unaccompanying spouse will get you a CRS score like you’re single but you still have to provide POF, PCC and medicals for the entire family. Hope this helps. Cheers Kasspy: Hi guys, I'm in a dilemma right now. I'm an EE candidate with CRS of 445 without spouse and 436 with spouse. At the moment it seems we've exhausted our means of boosting our CRS except wify have to take another ielts. Considering the cost and especially the inconveniences involved, it's difficult for her as she's also a nursing mother. I really want to be with family when the EE eventually works out. I'm in a fix as per if I should file as single/no accompanying spouse and bring in my family later. But I don't know what the implications might be considering the fact that we already have a baby and we got our passports with same surname in January. Applying alone means I'll get ITA in next round. Applying as a couple means we may have to still wait until crs comes down if at all it will. Pls i need inputs from the gurus in the house. Thank you. |

Hello Osaze, it's no grey area, one doesn't have three years work experience unless it's 12 months after the 2nd year, nothing like 2years plus. This option is only when it's over 3years hence the "3 years or more" option. Osaze007: So what should he have claimed since he’s over 2 years ? This is a grey area Canada must clear
Meanwhile for me I claimed over 3 years o My 1 year nysc experience & 2+ years of current work but there’s a one year gap between them |

Thanks for the clarification!! GlitteringStar: Are any Federal Skilled Worker immigration applicants exempt from the mandatory language test?------No, there are no exceptions to this rule. Canada wants to assess all applicants against the same standards, no matter their language of origin, nationality or ethnicity. Even someone from an English-speaking country, who speaks English as a first language, would need to take the test. Similarly, someone from a French-speaking country, who speaks French as a first language, needs to take a test.
