Yea, you can't help it, the only thing is your ability to carefully use the limit given.

If your web host says maximum of 100 emails per hour, then you can simply set the application to send 1 email per minute. That's 60 emails every hour. No trouble.

They give all sort of prices for international sending, and most of the sites i have tried never delivers, some don't send at all!

A client is on my neck right now, i have searched the whole internet searching, scared of wasting money buying sms units again..


At least the site should have online payment, SMS Api, since am gonna send sms remotely. .. .

Really don't mind the cost, as long as sms delivers promptly.
