That's shouldn't be a criteria, a developer hasn't worked on a dating site before doesn't mean he/she can't create one.

If you can design a responsive site, you will be at an advantage to land this project. I need it to display beautifully on different devices and screen sizes.

Anyone designing in this modern age and not putting responsiveness into consideration is not actually ready for business.

Mobile accessibility isn't the issue, as for me, I will be looking at the work needed to be done.


Since you are a programmer too, well, you will appreciate some programming features I will add.
