BANANA ISLAND Lagos Nigeria. Whats Inside?? This is Part 3 of my “Whats inside Series” where I visit places and make videos about them.

Banana Island is the most expensive Neighborhood In Nigeria (with close competition from Eko Atlantic city being constructed). It's home to heavyweight Nigerian Billionaires like Linda ikeji, Dangote, and Mike Adenuga.

Property on Banana Island is dollar-denominated. The average cost of buying a three bedroom apartment is $2 million. However, if you’re just looking to hang around the island for some time, and not to buy property, you can rent the same apartment for about $150,000 per annum.

A typical plot of land on the island usually goes for between $4 million and $6 million, and the cheapest building on the island costs upward of $8 million. But because of the ridiculous prices of property on the island, about 60% of the completed buildings are currently unoccupied.

Took my camera behind the scene of Falz “This is Nigeria” Official music video shoot and was able to capture a lot of what goes on to create a masterpiece which you would eventually see in the final music video.

Ilashe Beach Lagos Nigeria. Whats Inside Ep 2 showcases an exclusive private island where the rich own houses to escape the city.

Getting to Ilashe is by chartered boat, getting around Ilashe is by feet, quad bikes or horses.

We decided to head out to the beautiful Ilashe to make a Travel Video. The scenery is just so breathtaking and even though the sun wasn't showing up too much we had the trip of a lifetime.

Ilashe definitely has it all, beautiful scenery, incredible camping spots, and delicious food. Everyone in Lagos should visit this beach at least once in their lifetime!

Eko Atlantic Lagos Nigeria. Whats Inside? a lot of people have asked me this question, decided to strap up and make a video about this city called Eko Atlantic.

Some people also refer to it as the Dubai in Africa. Was able to capture some drone footage of Eko Atlantic and also some of the completed apartments in the Eko pearl tower in the city, the major one i covered is called Gidi Apartments. Enjoy

Here are my 3 Best Features of the Mavic Air Drone. I tested out some of the latest modes and features on the drone from the APAS sensor sensitivity to the Follow mode and the Hand gesture and I was pretty amazed. I'm still unhappy with the range issue tho.

Here are my reasons why you should not buy the Mavic air. I got this Drone last week and I'm really disappointed by the Range.

It's really poor. It can barely fly beyond the range Dji advertised it as. I would be switching to the Mavic pro 2 when it comes out. Please Watch the video and share your opinions in the comments.
