Hello House,

Got engaged to my fiancé who's from EU in march, we gave notice of marriage in the registry and it's been referred to the home office. Has anyone had a similar encounter because I planned for the ceremony in July when many of my family will be in Uk for the summer. Furthermore my flat rent is bills inclusive and I don't have to pay water or light bill but we have a joint account together. How can I show more evidence of cohabiting after our marriage when submitting to the HO. Thanks in anticipation

Everything is in place. Just waiting for CAS from the uni. What's living in Cardiff like? Really don't know what to expect when compared to London because have lived in London previously

Hi all,
I will be applying for a tier 4 visa early next moan which falls within 3 months of the course start date. My intended date of travel will be above 2 months before the course start date. Will I have an Issue due to this or should I reduce the intended travel to about a month. Anticipating your responses. thanks
