I'm sure most of you guys must have listened to my "diva" song and the message I tryna pass across. The truth is that the lyrics of that song were actually a romantic text message I composed as a reply/response to my girl friend (not a lover) "romantic text message" she sent me 2 days to valentine. I had to convert it to song because nairalanders wanna hear me sing.. Before I went to the studio to record that song, i've sang to different people including Dj's and they all advised me to do music full time because to them, for me to be able to convert a romantic text message to a sweet song shows I got talent in music. So a day before I recorded (diva) song, I met femo lalah through Dj showtek at metropark, Femo lalah had produced songs for Oritse femi, Sabi and ha worked with kiss daniel and some of the artistes in the industry so I told him I've heard so much about him and want to work with him on my Diva song. So he ask me to sing.. I did. He loved the song, so he gave me his number that I should come to his house the next day from there we proceed to his studio. Lol And that was how music started for me My second song is dropping anytime soon... waiting for my producer to get back on his feet to complete production. I've been called 8 times for shows.. I got 4 shows lined up this december... 1 out of this shows s been put together by a nairalander. What's this life turning into? I just broke up with this girl like 6months ago only for me to discover the new guy shes bleeping right now s my neighbour next building. I think its crazy. I feel like letting her know tis wrong.. but I dont want her to start thinking maybe I got jealous and want to take her away from her new man. Pastor Uguru Usani Uguru from Cross River State was just sworn in as a minister of the federal republic of Nigeria, yesterday, but he already has a case to answer. According to a petition signed by Jenny Iwara Osuaya, wife of one Mr. Iwara Osuaya, a Chairmanship contestant in May 1996, in Cross River State, Usani and others murdered her husband in 1996. In a Wednesday report by Pointblanknews, a petition, numbered 673, on the allegation had been filed at the Oputa Panel in 2001. Usani, who allegedly supported another candidate in the 1996 election, was said to have promised offsetting Osuaya’s election expenses. But when Osuaya went to collect the promised compensation, a fracas ensued which resulted in his death. The assailants were said to have been arrested by the police but Mr. Usani who was a member of the Cross Rivers State Executive Council used his influence to suppress investigation into the matter. However, the preliminary investigation report indicted Usani and others but the police did not prosecute them. The preliminary report was admitted in evidence as Exhibit 2. In view of this, the Commission reportedly ordered the Inspector-General of Police to constitute another panel to conduct fresh investigation into the matter. But as Pointblanknews reported, the case became a “cold case” after the Oputa Panel. No dust has been raised yet by the revelation but with the anti-corruption and anti-impunity stand of the present administration, security agencies are expected to look into the matter and reopen the case if they find any substance in it.
