I've seen other android 9 users complain about the same and also some of the people I've sold the X5 to. Do not have this complain.
The software on the X5 is the exact same software on the 5.1 plus. Also someone here said the X5 IS NOT UNDERCLOCKED LIKE THE 5.1 PLUS. Its wrong.
After the Android 9 update thr X5 was also Underclocked

I dey talk about people I dey see with my eyes, u dey talk online community... My own fact is I've not seen any 5.1 plus user complaining, only people I've seen complaining is x5 users. English is not that difficult mate

I introduced this phone to over 10 people in my group, 4 people are using the 5.1 plus, why 6 are using the x5... I for one have not seen or heard about any 5.1 plus user complaining about any issues even after pie update, only the x5 users complain about this... Is there any 5.1 plus user in the house? Prove me wrong

Have noticed you, always going around spreading false information.. no one should mind this guy oo, there's no difference between Nokia X5 and Nokia 5.1plus the only difference is the 4g bands they support and nothing else. The 5.1 is even underclocked which makes the x5 faster (but not noticeably shaa).

Be specific,,, Nokia 5 is quite different from Nokia X5, and in turn different from Nokia 5.1 plus... Which exactly is he selling for you?.... This price would only be reasonable if its 5.1 plus he is selling for you

if you read what I wrote carefully you'll see where I said I believe both phones are same... Just stating the fact that I haven't experienced any of the issues people are complaining about

I really don't understand these Complaints... I have been using Pie Update since I got my phone, and I've not seen or had any of these problems you guys are talking about... Maybe its because I use 5.1Plus and Not X5, but I want to believe they are both same thing,,,, I haven't Had any issues,,, I personally think this phone is a Beast

Hi Guys, Please I've been using MTK Engineering Mode App on my phone and it's been working fine. But yesterday i tried to use it and it's been showing me this, "Cannot find EngineerMode App - Mediatek chipset is mandatory and stock ROM must be installed"... Please what does it mean? Anyone had similar issue? And how do I fix it?

The Only Issue I have with my Pie Update is that my PES2019 game is now unplayable... Anyone else having same issue?

There are lots of complains any the pie update o. Even on the Nokia community site. I won't advice anyone to do the update.

it's relative... Not everyone has issues with the Pie Update... I updated mine and I'm not experiencing any bug. Infact my phone now much better than it was before the update

Well i am using 3.1 Plus... Updated to Pie/February security patch on Monday and the Phone the best of itsef. The phone is now better and faster. Battery backup has improved and now last longer. The notifications provide more detail. There's an update to the camera app as well. Several apps for personalization will be seen such as Digital wellbeing, battery heath & Action services...

No Bug Whatsoever... So maybe the Bug is an X5 and X6 thing

Surprisingly MTN 4g is now working, I updated my Nokia x5 to pie today after 3 weeks. No issue yet

Please Check if Glo 4G would work

Jumia, you wont have to face customs... I bought a phone of 100k from AliXpress, had to go to custom and clear it with 20k before I could get it...

you should understand that user experience is always relative and reviews are subjective. Read more reviews from all over the world especially from Indians on YouTube and gsmarena.
I am happy with the battery performance of the x6 so far however I am not a heavy phone user. Usually do data usage based app for 4hrs a day on 3g, overall screen on time of say 6 hrs per day. It meets my need absolutely.
Had it since Friday and I have only charged twice, from opening the box met it at 86 charged to 100 and last night from 35percent to 100 right now typing it's at 66%.
Both x6 and x5 have same screen size and battery, but the x5 helio p60 is not too battery conservative like the Snapdragon 636 buh I bet the differences will be marginal and negligible.

Probably but unlikely.Some people want batteries with the ability of 4000mah in 3000mah...and how long battery lasts depends on usage also

obviously... It's an hybrid phone, either you use 2 sins or 1sim and SD card... But it's a 64GB phone, who needs SD card... Na to use your 2 sims

You can get it from other stores... Would probably be around the same price or slight difference... If you don't mind the Glo/MTN 4G exception, you can go for X6, it's much more cheaper.. It's practically the same phone with same Spec

These phone companies makes phones for different regions. The ones made for Asia (Chinese Version) is called X6 and the ones made for African region is called 6.1 plus, it's practically the same phone, except for the fact that the X6 is more Cheaper and doesn't support glo and MTN 4G, but 6.1 plus does support all bands in Nigeria but is more expensive... You can get it from online store, Jumia or Ali Express. And you can get 6.1 plus from local stores in Nigeria like SLOT

6.1 supports all 4G bands in Nigeria... Unless you're talking about 6.1 Plus (Chinese Version) then No it doesn't support MTN 4G
