Okay, so I don't usually go around blaming people. I believe in taking responsibility for our actions but let's try taking a different perspective on the Geographical entity called Nigeria.
In the Earlier centuries, the founders of the west spent a great deal developing their societies,industries,science,technologies and while they did these, our fore-fathers' down here were busy with deities,waking up to a jar of palmwine and basically lived without thinking of a possible bright future beyond cattles and camel.
Can we really say our politicians and leaders are corrupt? What about the traditional rulers of before now who sold out their finest men and possible leaders into slavery and slow painful death for what? Mirrors and cowries?
This is not to say that our politicians are totally innocent but we must agree that the foundation left by our fore-fathers is what we're currently building on!
