The first version of our web-based school management system, School Gate, has just been deployed for trials. It is a system to manage schools online, without installing anything. Easily register students, teachers, guardians/parents, classrooms, activities, attendance, grades. Each school has own landing page with a school forum and school blog; with blogs and login facility for teachers, students, departments, parents/guardians.

The full-fledged version, to be deployed in about one month, will include as a major feature, school fee management, upload of answers to assignments by both teachers and students, feedback on assignments by teachers. Since each school will have it's own landing page on our system, a school can redirect it's specific domain to it's landing page on the School Gate. Because the focus is Africa, it is ready made for multiple languages.
