mrwiddy: Christianity is an eye opening religion, the translators translated the Bible to different tongues so as to cover miles and if possible so as to reach everyone. Your religion(Islam) limited the translation of Quran so as to be able to hide the truth from their followers, if you simplify Quran for easy understanding, individually you will discover the faults in it. Don't ever compare Quran with the the Holy Bible again, compare it with other novels.. Bible is for all, we have to let all the people read and understand. That's part of the reason it is called a lifestyle.. That's my last take on the subject of argument. 2 Likes |

Old Testament are the 5 laws of Moses, all those you mentions are just additives because they occurred before the birth of pur Lord Jesus Christ, every book written before then that are not in the Bible, if the Bible is to be amended, they will add them to old Testament because it occur before the birth of Jesus Christ . Quran 5vs47(sūrat l-māidah ) Translation The followers of the Gospels (the New Testament) must judge according to what God has revealed in it. Those who do not judge by the laws of God are evil doers. This verse clearly shows that Christians(followers of new Testament) are gifted with the light the world needs including the Muslims, and we are doing our best, trying to evangelise to them about the light but they refused, thereby disobeying the command of there prophet.. What was special about Jesus? He is the messiah, not just a mere prophet like you claim your Mohammed was. Why did he raise him up? Psalm 16:10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. [s]the ordinary son of Mary and a lesser prophet to Muhammad in Islam[/s] Nevertheless, Mohammed was just an ordinary man that was confused, he was ignorance to the real truth and that make him to end up as a rebel, killing and maiming to win territories, you can't expect God to raise such a mere man up.. Don't be ignorance too, so that you won't end up like him, try to go along with reasonable people and learn humbly from them instead of misinterpreting and misunderstanding the values of Christianity. Did Scientists Really Discover Hell? The story referenced in the title is one of many that has been going around in certain Christian circles since the 1990s. It keeps being rehashed and revived every few years. It goes something like this: Scientists Discover Hell While drilling holes in a remote area of Russia, scientists reached a depth (9 miles/14km) at which the temperature was 1090°C. There was a hollow chamber underneath. The scientists lowered a microphone into the hole. It lasted for only about 15 seconds before it melted. However, they were able to capture a recording of “cries of the damned —souls screaming in terror and torment. So the story goes. It has even been published as some kind of documentary, with many sites offering recordings that claim to be those from the “Well to Hell”. True or not? Well, as it turns out, this story is one of several urban legends that have become popular amongst lots of religious people. Here’s the back story to this: Russian scientists working on the Kala Peninsula, had, in 1984, drilled a hole slightly over 12km (7.5mi) deep and had observed certain geological anomalies such as rare rock formations, flows of gas and water, and temperatures up to 180°. Truly, the Bible is enough. We don’t need to go around looking for stories to back up our beliefs. We don’t need scientists to discover hell before we believe that it exists. Probably the most well-known is that of the ” Vanishing Hitchhiker “, in which a man on his car picks up a hitchhiker who tells him, ” Jesus is coming soon ” and then disappears (there are many variants of the tale). We spend too much time listening to, as Paul calls it, “old wives’ tales”. What we need to do is spend more time with the Weird and its Author, the only One we can trust to be 100% true. |
