Ala nna mu, NNEWI is accommodating to many industries even though is good for the economy but to me i feel funny whenever arrive home on xmas and ofala celebration the villa does not have that natural things i use to enjoyed with my cousins. For the past 8 yrs i have witness a lot of industries springing up everywhere and i think is changing the atmosphere with air pollution. Nnewi is not what it use to be any longer with natural fresh air and less economic activities,i wish the good old days will come back again my native land is turning to shangai china everyday

I wonder if concessioning the railway on regional basis as they did with the power DISCOs of defunct NEPA would attract the required upgrade of our railways. The FG clearly has no capability to improve railways nationwide, not to mention the malignant tribalistic mindset of some people to any project outside their geopolitical zone.

It can be possible if the rail-wail corporation management is done on regional basis even though the Federal government cannot do it alone private investors can take charge and improved the system so they can benefit very well from it in the long run

igbos traditionally are obsessed with keeping themselves,their society,free from abomination.The new yam festival is still celebrated heavily in places like abia, anambra and enugu state though at a particular time of the year the various igbo clans celebrate a feast that is akin to the biblical feast of Passover.We have oriri achicha which i observed in many occasion in igboland this is because a very important igbo clans still observes it annually
I remember a particular feast during which igbos make small booths of palm fronds and straw,and dwell in them for a number of days;i have noticed most gate houses restaurants with star of David symbols on it, when i was very young never knew the meaning of those symbols till i grew older is very common in igboland even a famous club called "peoples club" then have star of David in their signs am talk about in the 90s
