Well it can not work effectively in most public universities because of the following
1. Most public universities are overcrowded so it might be difficult to teach students the above mentioned
2. Most public universities have corrupt lecturers as many funds will be diverted
3. Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies was introduced in many public universities including the private ones but students only read such courses and pass.
The reason why it might work for private universities like mountain top is because they are well organized and the number of students are fewer compare to most public universities.

Some public universities I know especially science and technology based universities carry out entrepreneurship programmes compulsory for all students

University of Ibadan's compliance with the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board's directive has seen it make N43.3 million from post UTME exercise.
21650 candidates reportedly sat for the test held between Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22.
Earlier, JAMB had ordered Universities and Polytechnics across the country not to charge more than N2000 for post UTME exercise.
University of Ibadan complied with the directive and asked admission seekers to pay N2000 only for the screening exercise.
According to information on the University website, the screening fee is N2,000 and candidates were advised to pay through the Admission portal in favour of the University of Ibadan.
While UI complied with JAMB instructions, some candidates paid as much as N7,000 to N10,000 in many other institutions.

no the cbt centres collect the money, its only for change of course and institution that you need an rrr code

it has started already, cbt centres in my town are collecting #500 for it

don't worry you can study native doctor at least you had A1 in Yoruba, I can refer you to someone in my village ( oluyole local government Ibadan ) they'll accept you, you can pay your tuition fee through me, it's just 1.2 million naira

I've been able to check mine, though the bandwidth on the waec website is low therefore only a certain number of people can access the website at the same time, Good luck to those who wrote, and those who have checked it and it is showing held your results have been held due to malpractice or other reasons hopefully they might still be released
