My advice is this, get an architect and discuss with him, give him ur brief and with that he will come up with a sketch to suit u and ur budget. Once u have the sketch or the complete drawing I will help u to do the costing free of charge. A 5 bedroom duplex can cost 10m, 30m or even 50m, I just gave client his estimate for 5 bedroom duplex and u won't believe the cost.

I got home from work yesterday and discovered that there is no light in my house, as usual I put on the switches and the fan hoping the light will be restored soon as usual but to my greatest surprise, my neighbors hinted me that IBDEC staff has disconnected our street light and the reason given was that someone was owing and if the light wasn't disconnected he won't know that it is high time he paid up, my questions goes thus, how can we pay for the sin of one man? Will the other houses plunged into darkness be compensated by deducting the hours spent in darkness from the bill to be paid?? Will I be charged to court if I take law into my own hands. I don't know how to report this injustice. Pls I need ur advice on how to go about this situation.

Some people are ignorant, I woke up this morning and what was trending was #prayforparis, that's kinda funny, it's not as if am happy with the barbaric act of the terrorist but what amazed me is that even Nigerians are doing same, some people are using France national flag as there dp and different prayers. Pls when are we gonna be loyal to our fatherland? When chibok girls were abducted, no one prayed for Nigeria, when there was bomb blast on Oct 1st, nothing happened, when some extremist slaughtered innocent students at the FGC in the north, no one used NIGERIA flag as dp. It's high time we all rose up to the challenges facing our dear nation. Let's make it a duty by praying for our fatherland every moment. I pray the labour of our past heroes will not be in vain.

It is exactly 69 days that that the present administration was sworn in, and one of the major campaign promise was to bring back our chibok girls, this issue was one of the tactics used to oust the immediate past president, #BBOG was like a cult then, we hear of them daily, people shedding crocodile tears, wailing as if heaven will fall. Before am been castigated pls be informed that I am not happy some people's daughters, children,sisters, cousins, nieces were kidnapped but my concern is when the call for their return is hypocritical. My questions goes thus: are the girls been released from their captors? Are the campaigners dead?? Or has the motive of the campaigners been achieved?? Cod it seems no one talk about them again.



That's my observation.
