The current worker who I am looking to replace is getting transport allowance in addition to monthly wage. I will be appreciative if an expert quantity surveyor can give me a breakdown of building a 4 bedroom duplex (1 large living room, dining and kitchen) with all rooms ensuite plus a two bedroom upstairs and downstairs with attached one room bungalow at the back of the property.

It is a swampy land on 1 plot (60×120) so I was advised to do raft foundation (what's the cost?). Land has already been sand filled.

Location: Ogolonto, Ikorodu, Lagos.

Please can someone tell me how much it will cost to build a basic three-bedroom flat with two bathrooms and a toilet? The master bedroom will have its bath while the other two rooms will share a toilet as well.

Please I need this kind of advice too, I have a piece of land in sangotedo Lagos (300sqm) My initial plan was to build a 4 bedroom duplex on it but the way things are now, I think need a high quality small house. Maybe 2bedroom house

Although my people are saying building such small house is a waste on that land since the land is expensive. I won’t use all my small savings to build house Na.

Can someone give me estimate of 2bedroom house, I might want to change it to duplex later.
