Adortem: Ok, I think I understand what you mean. When should be expect the cut-offs and final list? Perhaps in two weeks time or less for the cut off marks. The list may still take over a month, because after when the documents might have been compiled at the Admission Unit, they will, afterwards, be forwarded to various faculties. After this, the qualified names will now be sent to Jamb headquarters at Abuja. Please and please, if you exceptionally satisfy all requirements for admission, try to trace your documents down and make sure your names are part of the ones forwarded to Jamb headquarters. Mistake or anything could occur in the process. Most importantly, always remember your God, the One of infinite mercy. May God help us all. |

Adortem: How exactly do one follow up, for example, I have confirmed that my transcript is already in OAU by going there, they have a list for received transcript, whatelse is left or how else do one follow up again? Actually, that is the first step. Let's hope the cut off mark favours us. |

It is good we have got to understand that fighting is gainless. We are one and can collectively achieve more through unity.
Ofcourse, admission process started immediately after the release of the result. If you have not submitted your transcript, try to submit as soon as possible. Remember! No transcript at the right time, no admission. If you have, try to do follow-up as much as you can. Don't just your documents there and turn your back. They may get missing or something may come up in the process. If you are qualified, try to know what's going on with your documents at each stage. Thanks! |

Wonderful! The market seems to be waking up these days. May God continue to help us with our hard-earned money. I think FBNH is a good buy at 6.9. Atleast, It's certain one can't lose more than 10%, but could definitely gain about 100%. |

Haba. What everyone clearly knows is practically impossible. My brother, this little exaggeration can make some people's day a very sad one. All these are only happening as a result of the present devaluation of Naira against dollar. We all see the CBN Gov. is trying his best. If his best is nt working, another measure would be put in place. Even though naira is on a free fall now, I'm 100% sure it can't get to that. The solution is just GOD and TIME. |

Just as the day of Eid serves as a joyous occasion, the night should be one of contemplation, du'a and getting some bits of enlightenment. Having grasped the opportunity to recharge our spiritual batteries, a true reflection of our efforts in the Holy Ramadan being accepted is continuity with good actions post Holy Ramadan. Remember! Good deed is not religion-bound, neither is it tribe- bound or restricted to a particular sect. In actual sense, necessary it is to meet the goodness of our Creator in this life and the one after. Just as the Holy month of Ramadan comes and goes in a flash, so does life. The end of Holy Ramadan signifies the inevitable end of our lives. May Allah(S.W.T) forgive us, for when Ramadan of life is over, then it shall never return. So, if we have been unmindful, we have the chance with every moment of life to repent and mend our ways. Indeed, today's Eid wishes the holy month 'goodbye'. For a believer who spent his life fruitfully, the meeting with his Creator will be the Eid of all Eids. We, however, ask Allah(S.W.T) to bless us in this Eid-il-fitr and give us such a bond and relationship with Him that will grant us eternal happiness on the day we return to Him. Ameen. .........wishing you all a Meritorious Eid¤il¤fitr. |

Ugoobuz: Thanks to all people in the house! morgan has sent me the acct opening form but they did not send or mention anything about money and their acct details.. Pls Do they open the acct first before i can fund it? And what is their least deposit amount? pls old customers help me.Happy Sallah! Since the form is only sent to you as you asserted, I don't think the stock -broking account has been opened. A step is just taken towards opening it; nothing to be funded now. The next step is to print out the form, correctly fill it, scan it with your Permanent Voters' Card and Electricity Bill and send it to info@morgancapitalgroup.com or adesuwai@morgancapitalgroup.com. After some working days, your account details woud be sent to your e-mail. Your account can now be funded aftermath. Mind you, a yearly charge of N2500 would be instantly deducted from ur account when funded. Hope it's clear enough. |

Justcul: First you have to open an online stockbroking account with any firm of your choice (recommended by oga's here, visit: www.morgancapitalgroup.com). fill the application form, sign and send it back to them. Next step, they will contact you with your login and cscs account details.
Final step; deposit your funds (money ) into the account provided to you by Morgan... call or mail them to inform them of your deposit (indicate the amount paid).. logon to morgancapitalgroup.com and click on "client login to trade Nigerian equities" tab.
Lastly; buy/sell whatever you want on floor of nigeria stock exchange via morgan.. cheers!
Hope it helps.. I remain loyal to our oga's @d top! Thanks, it does. |

megainvest: This is why I keep watching SEPLAT: I mentioned some time ago I will post a comparison I did between the top priced stocks on NSE. I used easykobo. com comparison tool and I have attached the snapshot. Although easykobo values are not 100% accurate, they can give us a good idea of the stocks as they stand based on fundamentals.
A quick look at the EPS values of these stocks (According to bloomberg): SEPLAT: N79 Nestle: N24 Dangcem: N10.71 7UP: N10 Guinness: N5 FO: 1.43
2014 Dividend yield (According to bloomberg): SEPLAT: 5.19% Dangcem: 3.39% Nestle: 3.17% Guinness: 1.98% 7UP: 1.39% FO: 1.3%
The best part is this: Seplat has a Price / Book Ratio of 0.9. The next to it is FO at 4.12. Most others are around 5 while Nestle is at 16.97! This means that out of the top most expensive stocks on NSE, Seplat is the only one trading at a discount to its book value.
Based on my analysis, I retain my buy recommendation for long term investors who have deep pockets and don't mind small losses in the short term due to the current state of the global oil market. I am still optimistic the oil price will recover or at least become more stable in the coming months. Nice Analysis, bro... I'm new on this thread. May I have your whatapp number ...mine is 0816 8899 518 |
