I wonder why Access Bank is Withholding a Customers Funds refusing him to have Access to His Account without any Reasons ,No Efcc ,NFIU ICPC Reports against the Customers Account,No Court Order ,The Only Reason Access is Given is that His Funds is Very Huge and He shouldn't Withdraw Heavy Amount .

But when he was Depositing the Funds ,Access Bank Never said the Funds was too Huge .
