You are right ,I heard some Customers would go and Take Utility Bills of another Person's Address to Open an Account or Updates account so they Could not be Traced anytime they Commit Fraud . Just Like Using Another Person Sims to Make Calls to Commit Crime . Anyone that doesn't have Skeletons in His Cupboard should Always Use Utility Bill showing Address of where he or She Presently Stays except for People In the Diaspora and I believe there is a Platform for that . |
