To end your addiction ie your masturbation, is easy IF only YOU'RE TRUTHFUL TO YOURSELF and you follow these steps I outline to you:

1) Take out two sheets of paper

2) write out ALL the things you love doing on one sheet of paper ie

i) listening to juice wurld/listening to music,
ii) reading love novels,
iii) eating your favorite food (rice n plantains)
iv) complaining. Etc

You know yourself AND THE THINGS YOU LOVE...those little things you do cus no one sees...write all of them down

2b) Then take the second sheet of paper and write down ALL the things you hate doing ie
i) eating beans
ii) listening to trap songs
iii) reading a particular 'genre' of book
iv) doing exercises...you name it.
IF EARLY MORNING EXERCISES IS WHAT YOU HATE DOING, THEN YOU DO IT. it falls under the things you HATE doing. if bathing with cold water in the morning or using premier cool soap is what you hate doing, then you do it for this 30 day period since it falls under the things you HATE doing


Now here's your salvation on a golden platter:

After outlining the things you love doing and the things you hate doing, STOP DOING ALL THE THINGS YOU LOVE DOING AND START DOING ALL THE THINGS YOU HATE DOING FOR 30 DAYS STRAIGHT!!!


After doing the things you hate doing for 30 DAYS STRAIGHT, you stop doing the things you hate doing and you start doing the things you love doing...by then, your masturbation, porn watching, gambling, drinking would be a thing of the past

Trust me, I dont know of all the advice youve received concerning your addiction problems but if it's not what I just just outlined here, you just might be wasting your precious time

Porn is the grand father the foundation of masturbation. Before there is no day I don't masturbate even if it's just once so I observed it's really draining me all way round then I started fighting the urge of watching porn. Because I observed any time I watch porn I must masturbate so from 2023 fighting the urge of watching porn the first 3 months of this I observed I only masturbate twice. Then I keep doing the same thing never to watch porn I don't care how the porn looks like anymore I started seeing myself getting loss of the urge after 7 months I counted another 4 times of masturbating which is far more better then I use to be years back then finally the whole of 2023 I masturbated only 10 times because I keep complete records of everything. Now 2024 I started seeing myself gaining superior over masturbate because for 5 months I didn't watch porn although my girlfriend is with me sometimes but my major aim is never to watch porn. Now i don't I feel any urge I feel free. I now have confidence and control over the addiction likewise before I masturbate nearly everyday because I usually watch porn neverly to everyday. And I believe I'm really coming out from it because I don't see porn as any entertainment to me anymore the first 3 months of stoping to watch porn was a complete hell to me but I scale through because I'm so determined of not watching it.
