Pls hope you where aware that ASUU has always put the government into durex.. However the 2009 agreement is not implemented anywhere in the world and beside lecturers just needed good atmosphere,salary and equipments to teach. Why ask for irrelevant items a say it shhould not be reviewed so that you could do say the government is foolish
