There is rule of law and procedure. If EFCC or the authorities believe that FFK has stolen, they should arrest him and give him the chance to a fair hearing in a competent Court. That's what the law says. The Law does not allow EFCC to go and hang around somes gate, harassment or illegal detention. No matter what allegation is brought against anyone, that person must assumed to be innocent until the courts say otherwise
