APC chairman belongs to the CPC bloc. There is little Asiwaju can do to change that.
Moreso, you can see that even Buhari understood he dosent own the structure which explained why they ditch primaries for consensus. APC constitution allow consensus and that was how Buhari was able to have his way.
candidate nomination for president will be different because APC new constitution only recognize direct and indirect primaries.
No one in APC has the delegate Asiwaju currently command. The only person that can break Asiwaju base is Osinbajo because naturally they belong to the same structure.
On your other projections about Amaechi, I will only discuss about his chances if he emerges the candidate. I don’t have time to discuss people like Yahaya Bello and Amaechi without structures.
It’s evident he’s not even Buhari candidates, he just sold a dummy to the press. His declaration is enough evident to show that he’s not.

If I remember correctly, Seye Ogunlewe who was Minister for Works, and Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro who were both of the PDP were investigated by the police over the murder.
Funso Williams was an aspirant in the then upcoming PDP gubernatorial primary when he was assassinated. Seye Ogunlewe and Misiliu Obanikoro were fellow PDP aspirants for the party's gubernatorial ticket.
Williams' family later moved over to support Tinubu's Action Congress, whose successful candidate, Fashola, later appointed Funso Williams son as an aide, and renamed Western Avenue to Funso Williams Avenue.
