Nobody can arrest anyone for cohabiting with anybody so long as they are consenting adults. Right now most gen z don't even want to get married. And there IS NO DOUBT THAT DANGOTE REFINERY IS USELESS AS FUEL IS BEING PHASED OUT GLOBALLY, many countries in the middle east are losing their refineries to war, same applies to RUSSIA/Ukraine, China has completed phased it out, UK & Europe and US are phasing it out gradually. The refinery will eventually become useless.

The whole value chain for crude oil which includes Jet Fuel, Plastics, Pharmaceuticals, Diesel, Heavy Oil etc. will always be in demand so long as technology exists. If your analysis is correct why is the US despite being one of the largest producers of oil still trying to gain more control proven oil reserves - Iran, Venezuela bro.
