Bros. He's not crooked because he gives you format. Sometimes someone needs a big story to move you to help them even if they need the money for other things. You'll never beg in your life. Try to understand what he's doing with money and try to understand if his job is enough to care for him or not, If the monies you help him with goes betting platforms then you just need to be careful but I still won't say don't do that big thing for him. We never can really tell. Poverty and lack of money can make someone seem crooked because desperation must set in. I always think before someone can call for help it's not easy but I will still give you another take that's why in my first comment above I imply you make your research on him.

Some people go de with people de flex then they realize they are the only one that's not adding money to the flexing. But if not maybe what he needs is a better job. If you send someone 5k today, there's probability they'll ask for more in few days because that money won't go anywhere especially if you are the only person that listen to them, true, true some people don't have much people to depend on because it seems everybody's got their problems these days. Plus 5k, 10k I'm sorry to say don't mean jack these days. That's why I de always pity people earning below 100k. They are going through a lot.

Provided the victims deserve the compensation they're getting from the money then there would be no need for all the so called "fury".....let me understand this case well though elsewhere because if it's the democrats anyone is following then you'll likely be misled because they'll complain about almost everything Trump does to discredit his government and gain more popularity and public sympathy.
