please do you think a hotel reservation alone is enough to stand as my invitation to the united states?

i obtained invitation letter with form 1040 from a friend in the state 2. my company certificate of registration with other documents like tax clearance, statement of account ,letter from office stating my atatus as the CEO , and evidence of membership of other professional bodies status

Then again in this case the applicant is a business person with the sole aim of going to by clothing/ wears from the states. is there any other way you can advice she goes about this,since she has no one in the USA? and also from your interview excerpts,is like they didn't look at most of the documents. she has all the documents you stated except the invitation letter. awaiting your valued response, thanks

please gurus in the house, a business person who intends to apply for the b1/b2 visa,is it better she applies by a conference or vacation? with which option does she stand a greater chance of obtaining the visa? note;her main purpose is to go and buy clothing/wears from the USA. Everyone reading this should have known by now how to do his/her homework well.Prevention is better than cure. most students tend to realize the bitter truth after they have arrived.thereby rendering themselves with virtually no option than to comply of face threat of deportation.
someone in this thread posted a certificate of a contractor EARLY BIRD INT'L .yes, he is much right. he agrees to your terms and you can not get a better option elsewhere.even as a prospective student or an agent recruiting students in nigeria. here is also a contact for further info from this Contractor. e-mail iyke4real5050@yahoo.com.

All u said is true.There is much scam going on in the "study in ukraine" sphere. Actually ,what is encountered most is cases of consultants or agents charging exorbitant rates.anyways if one should actually come across a right minded agent who can be plain in dealing and tell the exact amount of fees required to be paid and also specifying the consultancy and agency fee.I also think that asking for specifications before proceeding with any dealing with these agents should be a wise decision. I myself is an agent and i do specify my agency fee which i think is not much.any other fee is the exact fee required by the school.which also can be verified.
