Which new regulations ? Which country are you paying from because if is Nigeria, you can easily pay from your dorm account or give them Naira and the bank will do the transaction provided you supply them the items they need like your acceptance letter.

Those are the safest way to pay!

Other ways are risky!

There is a new regulation with international payment of school fees through Nigerian banks. It is now done online through the Trade Monitoring System. Since December 2021, I don't think anyone has successfully paid through this portal. Nevertheless we hope to know the outcome as soon as bank resume full operations on 4th January,2022, which will be on Tuesday.

You can go ahead with payment;after you have confirmed the acceptance letter. When you pay, the University will send your name to the Embassy here in Abuja, Nigeria. Then the documents for the visa application can be put together for submission at the embassy.

To get an international passport is quite easy,especially if getting it for the first time. you can go to the nearest immigration office to you.It can be ready same day or next.

The Tuition fee for most courses is 2200€, You pay the deposit of 1000€ to the school's account after you've offered admission and your name will be sent to the embassy for visa process.
The balance is is paid after 6 months of arrival(2nd semester).
