Please have been passing through this for about 4 years if I can remember very well and now I’m being scared of my life ... fast frwd , Have been having strange nightmares and I do have sex in my dreams and when I wake up I got wet to my panties , I’m a 22 years old and this has been really getting me worried , I can focus on anything when ever I think my situation, I did talk to some medical Doc and they all say I don’t have a problem , and Deep inside me I know I’m having a serious problem, sometimes it stop and everything goes normal for me with my work and whenever I have this wired dream or sex in my dream , everything I’m doing that moment crumble, I’m worried I just want to know if my Case is spiritual or not ?
