Family / Re: My Brothers Gambling Problem by Albinoflash(m): 11:29pm On Nov 13, 2023 |
bro hor=Pamfresh post=126844011]Please I need mature minds advise on this topic. My family recently discovered that my younger brother who has been in the seminary and was supposed to be a reverend father in few years time has a very big gambling issue. Over the years, he has accumulated a gambling debt of 2M (borrowed majorly from loan sharks). When I discovered about the incidence, I hesitated involving my retired dad and mum because of the shock they might get hearing about this but when I discovered I couldn't pay the debt alone, i had to involve them. Thank God they handled it calmly. My dad and I have offset 700k debts already but I recently discovered that he is still borrowing and betting even recently (someone that has access to his details revealed this to me today). I am totally devastated and I don't know how to relay this to my parents to avoid heart attack. The gruesome part of the whole story is that he is JOBLESS because of his seminary school journey (which he has willingly pulled out from because of this issue). Please my fellow nairanders, how do I handle this problem? I'm fed up
bro this thing is worse than you even think,am a victim myself and your little bro is still even coming up,am saying this as a pro cos I have seen it all in gambling.he is yet to do the worst so you guys have to do something real quick, now he will be thinking of how to recover and cover his mess now it will come with so much desperation more than ever.call me here let me tell you what you need to know about him that he won't even tell you.....this thing is a spirit and every addicted gambler behaves just the same...I am dealing with mine now though not easy |

ote author=Danielben27 post=126119899]Good morning and happy new month I want to narrate the problem I am facing presently to you guys. I believe I will be able to get good response here. I am 28years old. I finished school year. And from then till now I am not working not that I don't want to work o or work isn't coming but I have problem passing the interviews. I am so shy and timid that I won't be able to answer questions. The last interview in abuja, a job that could pay me up to 150k I messed it up. They asked me questions that I knew the answers to but I was so afraid to speak. I couldn't even look the man and two women in their face. I just sat there mopping at the ground, sweating uncontrollably. My hearts pounding. They were even encouraging me to speak up, they gave me time to talk but I said nothing. Even when I tried to speak my voice was just shaking. I could have easily gotten the job but that one went Last month,I went for an interview. Job of 75k. I messed it up. The man even told me to come the next day for the job that he understands my fear but I didn't go because I felt I won't be able to attend to customers well. My social life is zero, I have no friends, I have nobody I can relate with. Like this I have been managing the little money I have and what is left is 15k. If this money finishes without me getting a job I am doomed bcus nobody to call. Why I am bringing this here is so that someone can help me out. I saw a doctor and he said it is anxiety disorder. He gave me drugs I took around march but nothing worked. I was just spending unnecessary, when he even prescribed another drug that one just made me hungry every time. Back then in school I heard people use weed to be more social but never tried it. I thought it was bad and not good for the health. But now I can do anything to come out of this. The only situation better than this my situation now is death. Please I need advise on how I can get weed, dosage. Is there any other way to use apart from smoking. Where can I get quality weed. Like how much will I spend on it in a month( I am short on money now ). I have an interview on Wednesday so I will appreciate if more people drop their advice. God bless you.
I had similar issues but with time it's no longer an issue cos I now have more bigger issues that that, from your write up it seems u are dependent, like parents or siblings assisted cos if u stay alone u would have devices means to get rid of it. |

uote author=Saao post=125821129] both Tinubu and Buhari are the same in appointment. Maybe its APC thing but I think it's not right for Nigeria unity. Obj remained the best in terms of appointment and that's how it should be. If Hausa Fulani, Yoruba and Igbo appointed their own when they get there, what will become the fate of over 200 small ethnic groups in Nigeria? Or they don't matter? Earlier they change this mentality of winner ethnic group take it all, better for the peace of the country.
the contraption is evil and must be abolished,we have gone beyond this peace talk, the only peace obtainable is we go our separate ways quietly while we still can |
