For the past 1 month or so I have been experiencing some glitch in actually doing online transaction with my UBA account. I have made several transactions that failed to get to the recipients and not reversed back to my account whereas the once reversed were after so many calls and visits to the bank. The worst is that the 52.5 Naira service charge will be deducted whether the transaction is reversed or not.

If UBA has issue with their online platform, they should come out and advice customers or maybe this is another skimm to defrauding unsuspecting customers.

CBN and all other authorities should come to our aid .
