I’ve Not Withdrawn From Rivers Governorship
Race – Wike

The immediate past Minister of State for Education,
Chief Nyesom Wike, has denied a media report that he
has withdrawn from the Rivers State governorship race.
Wike, an aspirant on the platform of the Peoples
Democratic Party, Monday, dismissed the report and
called on Nigerians, especially people of Rivers, to
disregard the report.
According to him, the news that he had purportedly
backed out from the race was sponsored by other
governorship aspirants who were afraid of him.
He said, “These planted false reports on the pages of
newspapers and the electronic media that I have
withdrawn from the race and contesting the senate seat
are proofs of my general acceptance, popularity and the
confirmation that I am primed to win the governorship
primary and the general election in the interest of the
people.
“The Rivers people cannot be deceived by lies told by
frightened aspirants who have no connection with the
PDP members, delegates and leaders. They are not in
touch with the Rivers people, hence their resort to
falsehood and untenable stories. The PDP family is
united behind me to lead our party back to the Brick
House.
“I have the capacity to face APC and defeat them. The
so-called governorship aspirants are afraid of
competition; hence they are jumping from one office to
the other telling stories”.

It can not be completely eradicated within my tenure, it is a gradual process.

1. I would start by getting rid of corruption from my life as the president.
2. Appoint trust worthy people who are not corrupt to work with me.
3. Deal with any body guilty of corruption be it my child, parents, relations e.t.c as the constitution says.

eeeem well many tins sha.

Unemployment:

PoliticsRe: A $250m Question: Can The Akwa Ibom International Stadium Become Profitable? by Aldrickay: 9:42pm On Nov 15, 2014
Well the akwa ibom I know now does not need this at this point of time.

Yes it is beautifull, it is worth celebrating but investing in some other sector would have been better.

I have always been telling people that nigerian govement finds it very difficult to invest. 70% of nigeria's workers work under private companies. And with this unemployment rate will continue to increase yearly.

What is wrong if we had something like this from Awka ibom state govement:

Akwa Ibom state goverment builds the largest rubber factory in Africa. Were rubber can be used to produce different type of products.

Or

Akwa Ibom builds largest leader factory in Africa.
Which would have reduced importation of shoes, bags e.t.c from china and else were, hereby boosting the state/countries economy and also creating good number of jobs for ibomites/nigerians starting from loading/offloading of goods to the G.M

I Pray God help us.
PoliticsAre Nigerians Nigerians? Rethinkingnigeria’s Citizenship Laws by Aldrickay(op): 8:43pm On Nov 15, 2014
When will Nigerians be accorded
the full-fledged rights of citizens in their country,
irrespective of whatever region of the country
they are born and bred?
This question has remained a mirage. One of the
undoings of Nigeria, Africa’s most populous
nation, is the stifling problem of “indigeneity’’ as
conditioned by the citizenship law.
Indigeneity and problems of citizenship in Nigeria
make a person born and bred in Lagos, Ibadan,
Kano or any other part of the country not a true
member of his society, contrary to what obtains
in the United States and other ‘developed’
countries.
This is because an Igbo man can not contest
governorship of Katsina state or a Hausa man,
with Nigerian citizenship status, cannot contest
election in Lagos, even though he was born and
bred there and has contributed to its
development.
An Itsekiri man living in Oyo State for over 25
years, making necessary contributions to the
development of the state, is not regarded as an
indigene of the state.
Irrespective of the number of years he has spent
in Oyo State, he and all members of his family
are still regarded as settlers and non-indigenes,
hence, they cannot have access to or benefit from
what is purely reserved for the indigenes, even if
such indigenes have not been in Ekiti State for
over 30 years.
In Lagos, for instance, calling yourself a Lagosian,
doesn’t guarantee you the full citizenship rights,
even though you were born and bred there,
know only Yoruba and have no worthwhile
connection to anywhere else.
