This list wouldn’t be complete without some horribly ‘90s campiness. Mortal Kombat isn’t a great film, heck, it’s not even a particularly good one (hence why it’s so low on this list) but it’s the perfect so-bad-it’s-good movie than is full of schlocky fights and honest-to-goodness laugh out loud moments.
I don’t know what’s going on half the time (and neither do the actors, by the looks of things) but this is Mortal Kombat in the ‘90s. It’s just balls-to-the-wall madness, minus the spine-ripping. If you’re ever in need of a movie to watch with mates on a drunken Friday night, make it this one. You won’t regret it.

Mortal kombat Trilogy on Sega mega drive2 is a goal..

I dont knw why should a man running from Sars.. As far as u knw u are pure n nothing bad fishing in u.. Dont jus move along wit ur ATM or carry ward of cashes moving along, they can quickly rip u out of that. Ensure to dress well n look decent. If they go ahead to cook up stories against u, be calm and dont nervous even if in the end the cook up stories eat u up.. Be rest assure that karma will catch up wit dem n ur rewards is bounties waiting for u here after. More also, carry documents you knw u can defend of if u come across wit. I have been a victim of the later but I thank God the document is meant for my office use.

Good day n.landers.. I really just wanna share my bitter experience here cos in recent times, I visit Nairaland only to read comments n view funny memes and it goes a long way in making my day most times..

At about 9:00pm on Saturday on my way home from an atm spot around obalende , I encountered a danfo bus slowly coming towards my direction so I decided to slowdown thinking it was about to drop off passengers, the next moment I saw three men in black and with loaded guns jumping off the danfo and telling me to freeze or they blow my head with their guns

I was so afraid cos I tot I had been leached by rubbers already. They approached me, searched my me thoroughly but all they could find was a cold can malt n three crown milk which I intended taking before going to bed cos I had assisted a welder at the workshop during the day already.. Now without search or arrest warrant, one of them told me to get in the bus, pointing his gun towards me while the other took some shots into the air and told me if I didn't enter the next shot would be on my legs because where I was standing was a blackspot and I might be a criminal or a cultist waiting for who to steal from..
My brothers and sisters I was not a rugged hairstyle, I have no tattoos on me, neither was I dressed indecent.. I decided to follow them.. While I was in the bus, I tried making them understand where I was coming from and going to with bank alert SMS I received immediately after my withdrawal but what I got in return were three magic slaps on my face with a loud voice telling me to keep quiet. At that point I knew I was done for.. They took me round obalende and arrested people at random even a guy who was just about to pay an aboki for the noodles he just made was arrested.

We were moved round the whole of Lagos and by about 11:00pm we finally got to their station around gbagada charley boy bus stop..

They seized our phones, and beat who ever was not ready to comply with them with cutlasses.. I swear down I was really scared.

The next moment, we were lined up and moved to a cell where where been tortured by condemned criminals and cultists.. And later a SARS officer came in and told us to pay N500 each for cell fee and who ever is not willing to comply will be beaten up blueblack by the Cell Marshal and his torture squad.

Over 95 of us were jammed up in a small cell with a dirty pit toilet where we slept standing on our feet's.. It was never a good experience. We were forced out on Sunday morning to a room where we all made our statements for arrest and marched back to the cell. I didn't see my IPO until about midday on Monday..

Then I put a call thru my dad who's a retired police DSP.. He came in few hours later from Ogun state and I was bailed free.. I'm lucky cos of my dads position, but several other parents were told to get N100,000 to bail their wards.. #ThisisNigeria
