The %tage is far more than 50%. as a fact, most private nursary/pry schools use local language to teach their pupil. very few can be classified as schools. if youre unlucky to be transfered to core north by your employer and youre to relocate your family, the first real problem is serching for appropriate schools for your children.
do we really need to force them to be educated when the learned amongst them are ok with it afterall they have normadic education and their cow herdsmen can operate mobile phones.
